The ISIS has taken responsibility for the killings in Istanbul.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-38487509

They have not released the identity of the attacker, probably because he is currently on the run. The Turkish Armed Forces are currently batting the ISIS in the vicinity of the Syrian city of Al Bab. A few days back, the Islamists had defeated the Turks in the battle for a small village on the outskirts of Al Bab.

It is really sad that so many people died. But the blame must be put solely on Erdogan. This incident might have never occurred, had he refrained from helping various Islamist factions in Syria.

It really depends on fact who is behind this terrorist attack.
if Kurds terrorist are responsible for this attack, than this accident is not connected with Turkish politics in Syria.
Of course, also is possible that ISIS is behind this tragedy, we can't know now.
It seems that this age of terror will not finish soon.

The PKK had urged for a ceasefire in 2015, but it was Erdogan who rejected it. In 2016, Erdogan launched a massive military operation in Turkish Kurdistan, which resulted in the deaths of more than a thousand Kurdish civilians. Don't you expect the Kurds to retaliate?

But indications are that this particular attack was perpetrated by the ISIS, possibly by some militant who received the Turkish military training.

There will be all kinds of predictions of motives for attacks, I've already heard when our news here were broadcasting interviews from eye witnesses that one attacked was speaking arabic. Now that may sound like bullshit propaganda but I'm surprised that ISIS didn't take responsibility for the attack Cheesy they take responsibility for everything, from bombings to a car hitting a woman on the road.

That is very terrible . Make a prayers for them .
God blessed them . I expect all countries in the world have a nice peace.

This is not going to happen as long as there are greedy politicians and religious fanatics.

Very strange that no one has claimed responsibility for the attack

An eyewitness quoted by the Hurriyet newspaper said she had seen two attackers.

"Two people were shooting with weapons," she said. "Suddenly people started to run. My husband told me not to be afraid. He jumped on top of me. People ran over me. My man was shot in three places."
