If people keep making the same stupid, infantile threads obsessing over an anonymous persona, over and over again this place WILL be boring.

So, start something new compadre...whatcha got for me today  Roll Eyes
Why? Just for the sake of having my own thread on page 1? There's no need for that kind of blatant self-indulgence. Seems you've already got the market on asinine self-indulgence cornered anyway.

I only create a new thread when there's an actual reason for that thread to exist. Most topics already have at LEAST one thread discussing them,. That's why you don't see me spamming asinine new threads just to get attention.

Your assumptions about other people's motives amuse me.
Yeah, i'm posting so I can have a thread on page 1.  Roll Eyes
Ok, whatever you say.

Anyway, I thought it was a new thought -- about Satoshi's
personal inner struggles in dealing mentally with what he
gave birth to.   I haven't really seen that aspect of it
talked about.

Question,

During the Newsweek Dorian nonsense, I heard that one of Satoshi's old accounts was logged onto and he said that Dorian was not him.

Was there any verification that this was or was not Satoshi, just curious because if there was a good reason that it was him then at least he's still around.

We really needed another Satoshi thread? You couldn't pick one of the dozens that already exist, you just HAD to create your own?

This thread stinks of ego.

If people didn't create new threads this place would be boring.
If people keep making the same stupid, infantile threads obsessing over an anonymous persona again and again this forum will not only be boring, but also unusable. Stop polluting this important forum with your useless shit.

It's getting harder and harder for me to take you seriously.

I suspect that he/she/they are probably living an average life somewhere. Probably an academic in some school. Until this person or persons wants to be known they should be left alone.

Know one knows who / what Satoshi is. He could be a collective of people or an individual who is not even around anymore. He could be on these boards right now, simply under another name. I don't think were going to find the answer to this question for a very long time, if ever.

My wild theory is that Satoshi is hiding out in the jungle someplace with an uncontacted tribe that taught him how to survive without any of the trappings of what we call "civilization." But he may still manage to check in with what Bitcoin is doing every once in a long while just out of pure pride.

Satoshi got eaten by Luka Magnotta who then took Satoshi's private keys.

Magnotta is prison for so long he doesn't know he is rich.

Satoshi isn't an individual it's a movement.
Maybe now it is a bit of "movement" but from the start it was only single person, well probably his pseudonym.

did you ever think, that, while most us
admire Satoshi and his achievement,...
he still carries somewhat of a burden...

he still has to be careful about his anonymity...

and he is watching bitcoin like watching one's child...

Satoshi gets up in the morning and puts his
pants on one leg at a time like the rest of us.

so while he probably feels a lot of pride and joy
about Bitcoin, he also carries a heavy load emotionally because of it?

satoshi was chased and killed by a government agency a while before bitcoin became popular, he managed to destroy his private keys before this, reason why you will never see that coins move from blockchain.

he did this not because of the economic value of bitcoin but because the complete purpose of his currency would lose sense in the wrong hands (exactly the situation we are living today, where bitcoin is becaming just another currency for banks and wall street idiots)

any proof or just a wild theory?
