Even if you don't have spare money to buy, your earnings from signature campaign can go a long way if you just hold it for the long term. Even if what you earn is not that big, as long as you accumulate and keep your patience, everything will pay off in the future.

Price is expected to be 4 digit at the end of the year, so I think this is still a good time to buy bitcoins as price is still at $650 now so if buy at current price then we can make good profits in future.
It is quite difficult for the bitcoin price to be $1000 late this year if there is no block size increase by that time.

Oh wow..that's a huge amount to buy, but if you were looking to buy that high amount then I think you should have waited for next few days for price drop.there is no real point to wait for the price to go down in order to start buying. at this point the chances of seeing the price go up are exactly the same as chances of the price going down. what you can do is buy yourself a position into the market in smaller pieces. for example, you buy right now 5btc, and if the price happens to go down, then you can buy yourself another 1 or 2btc. and if the price goes up, you'll benefit from the price going higher since you already have 5btc.
1000 is the real goal. and onc we pass that new moons will be all around us. 5k is not even a big leap. maybe even 10k.

The day bitcoin reaches $5000 is the day I will leap for joy and be thankful I have made a good investment. I don't think we will see it in the next few years unless something spectacular happens.
It depends on the time scale. If the $1000 is reached in November or December 2016, it is not a big leap.

I think majority of users will feel that this price is high to buy as we don't know what will be scenario in next few months, so its better to hold existing coins and wait for price drop to make purchases.
The bitcoin price is in the consolidation phase. After the consolidation, the price could rise a lot from here.
