The longer he takes to get the coins back to investors the more interest he will have to pay them.
I think if I was an investor for every week he hasn't return the coins I would expect 7% compounded interest on my principal given he isn't returning any coins.
Come on Pirate...the faster you return the coins the better you are off.
That 30k BTC you have will get eroded away fast (assuming thats all you have) if there are any delays on the return of bitcoins to investors.
