Yes there is no 100% proof for such things, but having in mind that Lanciano already had financial irregularities (and that there were bets on this exact outcome) makes this sound pretty reasonable.

Dear me, I think I'm becoming a god
Its sad to see these things happening in a league that is already struggling, it just kills the game, but OP you have no proof

Also there are many people who had bets on this exact outcome, especially russians and italians. It seems that somehow they knew about this before start.

It seems that Lanciano fixed the match vs Avellino last week. Maybe Italy is getting back on old tracks. The match was 0:1 on halftime and finished 3:2. The odds for that halftime-fulltime bet were 30/1.

http://www.flashscore.com/match/2NuR3NlO/#match-summary Lanciano played a poor game with only 3 shots on goal (1 of those shots is the penalty for making it 0:1 on halftime), while Avellino had 20+ shots.

This is also backed up by the fact that Lanciano is already penalised for financial irregularities by the Federal Tribunal: http://www.football-italia.net/75259/serie-b-lanciano-docked-one-point
