Some people said it might drop under $200
But, i think under $100 is a bit too much

My guess we might see between $110 - $170
if it falls to 100-110$ it will go further down in price even below 80$ that is where i will be waiting with my money in hand jumping in Cheesy

And it will continue plummeting down to $4.99 and you'll be left holding the bag  Cheesy

yes, if we see $99 coins we will one day see $0.99 coins.

I started a specific thread and asked this question about it dropping below 100...people keep insisting it can't get any lower and I wanted to know why can't it...what's the actual reason or reasons it can't and it appears there's not one other than they think "it just can't" because they say so.

I don't mind arguing or debating or speculating what bitcoin can and can't do but I'm still learning and would love it if the ones who make some definitive claim or assertion would kindly add a statement of fact or reasoning before they hit the post button.

That all being said, I find this little meme best describes bitcoin's price. Once you accept this, you can still play and ride the ride but also know when to step off and go get a corn dog for awhile and let it do what it's going to do without anxiety or "oh shiiiiiiittttt!!"

My buying strategy is that there's a certain amount of money I tend to spend on frivolous bs, entertainment or whatever each month. I forego all that and use it to buy bitcoin. It's not a sentiment that I can afford to lose it or not, it's more a sentiment I'd blow this on crap anyway, usually one time shot things out of sheer boredom so instead I'll spend it on buying bitcoin at an intriguing price. If it drops to 0, it would've been gone anyway. It if shoots up, depending on range, I'll spend some and hold onto the rest. Even dropping to 190 range recently didn't freak me out. I hoped it'd go lower so I could buy more for less.

If it ever drops below $100, nothing/noone can stop it from falling further down to $2-5 level in no time. However, I don't think it will ever go below $100. We are far past the point of $100 level.

If we can make it at least until april above 100 it would mean there is a solid barrier and we can be almost sure we will not see 100.

We'll get down to below 100 no doubt, but down to 180 I'm not so sure about.  Undecided

you realize that to reach 100 the price must go down to 180, right?  Since we are above 180 right now

well personally i don't think so.... we'll reach 170-180 another time but not under 100. there will be too much buy pressure.

It is far more likely that we will reach 180 than less than 100.

Think about it. We're at a major tipping point in the life cycle of Bitcoin, a 'make or break' if you like. The price has been dropping for longer than it's ever dropped and is now entering into the 'despair' phase of this price bubble.

It will bounce back up of course, but before it can climb confidently there has to be a steep, brief plunge downwards into the 'oh shiiiiIt' price range - the sub-100

It wont stay there for long, few will get $80/90, but only until this psychological barrier as been breached can the recovery begin

Thanks!    ?

Yes it is possible or we already had the big steep plunge to 150$.

Agreed. I think we'll reach it around summer. Getting my fiat ready. Smiley

The price could easily go down to less than $100, it's already gone from $1100 to $200 why should it stop now ?
