Salernitana was the first club to net a goal, but couldn't defend and conceded more 4 goals by their opponent, they hopes and expectations wasn't reached, they become the inferior club towards Atalanta who became very serious in accumulating three points. Atalanta hosting Sportiva Salernitana at Stade Atleti Azzuri and still winning with good scores of 4-1. It's consider a shame and hugh blow on Salernitana who didn't see that coming, they initially wanted to play a fair game that would end in a draw but they didn't succeed probably not when the couldn't handle the pressures from the hoke team.

Since when Salernitana are considered as a threat.. They have the worst record comparing to all Serie A teams. I don't know how they managed to win vs Lazio this season but it was the only occasion they got 3 points and it is hard to see them rising from the relegation zone when their schedule contains AC Milan, Juventus, Napoli, except the Verona match between them where they can collect a point thought.
For a good team like Atalanta, victory is obvious and the fast first goal of Salernitana against them made them more serious in that match. At the end, four goals were scored by Atalanta with 5-6 minutes between the first two goals and between the third and fourth goal.

It's not a surprise that Atalanta won Salernitana. I ready know the game will be an easy game for Atalanta. The game ended up in 4-1 in favour of Atlanta. Eventhough it was Salernitana that first scored and won the first half, but Atalanta came from behind and later won the match.

I will never understand why some people think that sports professionals get disturbed when they play in the biggest competitions possible. There is a strong team playing in the Champions League for good reasons and instead of saying that this will motivate them to dominate across all competitions, people think that they would be distracted. Is there some logic behind that which I don't understand? A team that is good enough to win everything becomes weaker because they compete for everything...

Yeah, even though many people say that Inter Milan's focus will be disturbed while they are still playing in the UCL, there is no need to doubt that they can prove their consistency in Serie A. In fact, Inter was able to continue to stay in first position and compete quite closely. This proves how Inter's performance has been very good so far.

Atalanta is getting too inconsistent. They lost to Torino without scoring a single goal, then went on to win AC Milan and now they're losing against Salernitana. I just remember that Inter would face Atletico Madrid in the round of 16 of the champions league. They're teams that are kind of similar in the way they play but Inter is better this season. I think Inter would win Atletico to qualify. If injuries and fatigue don't come Inter can go really far in the champions league.

After 16 matches, we might be able to determine who deserves to be the favorite to win the Scudetto this season. Inter has performed well this season and is very stable. Inter have won 13 of their 16 games in a first half that saw them register 41 points, but given the season is still long, we can't be too confident about the inability of other teams to capitalize on their chances.

Scudetto for Inter looks possible this season, but Juventus, who are currently only 4 points behind Inter, cannot be underestimated. Juventus' performance this season is getting better and looks good in creating competition with Inter, so Inter should not be too satisfied with what they have at the moment.

I don't think there are any obstacles for Atalanta to beat Salernitana in this match, the performance of the two teams is very different. On paper Salernitana needs a miracle to get three points at home to Atalanta, so we don't hesitate to bet on the hosts winning now. The maximum result that Salernitana can achieve is a draw, because Atalanta has better statistics and strength. It is very likely that this match will make Salernitana suffer again, and will occupy the bottom of the standings for a long time.
