If you are talking about good clubs for the 4th spot, exclude Roma. I do not have that serious conviction about Roma, that club's second name is disappointment. It is when you hail them more that they will disappoint you the more, so I do not have serious trust in them. Mourinho has tried in these years to turn the table around but he couldn't, and at the 6th position, I believe they have gotten the fair share of their performances this season, and I don't think they can get higher than that at the end of this season. There are clubs like Atalanta, Napoli and Lazio that are still serious threats to the current standing of Roma, I hope that in the next 2 weeks, they will not be displaced even lower contrary to the belief you guys have about them.

They just don't have that feat yet. As for AC Milan, one should know that they are trying, at the top 3, they have done so well, although it's because many clubs in the Serie A are not so impressive, yet, they deserve the current standing. However, they had it tough in their last match with Salernitana, it was good luck that saved them, or else, Salernitana would have won that match eventually. I hope they can try better in the coming ones and they should be able to beat Sassuolo FC easily with my analysis. Nonetheless, concerning Bologna and Fiorentina, they are doing well and they should continue to do well. But concerning Napoli, I must say I do not have any hope in them again, the gaps are too wide, and not even Victor Osimhen can do anything again unless for a miracle.

Bologna's performance this season is quite impressive, they are now in 4th place in the Serie A standings and I think they can continue to maintain this positive trend in the near term if nothing happens to their players.
This weekend Bologna will visit Udinese's headquarters and the next few matches which I don't think will be too difficult for them before finally visiting the San Siro, AC Milan's headquarters, so if they go through the previous match with positive results, it will probably improve their mentality and confidence. This team is getting taller and thus they will be increasingly difficult to beat.

Some positive results achieved of course this makes Roma have a big enough chance to be able to compete in the standings although indeed in this case I don't see them too much because I still believe their conditions will be the same as last season.

At the moment the problems Roma face are also still the same namely in the attack which is sometimes not too erratic which makes this more complicated for themselves.
Indeed, Lukaku's presence adds some positives because even though this still cannot be compared to prime Lukaku when at Inter but he has been able to provide slightly better results because the 14 matches he played in Serie A he has scored 8 goals and 5 goals from 6 Roma matches in the Europa League in my opinion it is a good achievement.

If Mou can maintain this then indeed their big chance for the Champions League or more certainly the Europa League will be very there its  just that we also cannot fully believe that this can be done easily for Roma in their current condition. 

In last four Serie A games they have just one win with overall in last seven games they have just 2 wins mean things are completely down for them and in last 180 playing minutes they are fail to score any goal in presence of the best attackers mean things are not good, and they have to bring some changes in players mindset for the better results otherwise they can face more problems and things can go in deep trouble after having 0–4 at home against Frosinone for Copa Italia and now against Roma 0–2 with from the start of the game home team was in good control giving players psychology is not perfect for the game, and they need to be had something for the improvement now who is going to do this all it is also important but next game against Monza and without Osimhen is surely can bring changes, and they can drop this all which happen in last few matches.

Of course it's very clear that the red card was an advantage for Roma which wouldn't have been if they were complete and making things worse the person who received the red card is a very key player to Napoli so definitely it will not only affect their performance but their morale aswell a d Mourinho is a coach who wouldn't allow such opportunity pass them by.

It was after the exit of osimhen Roma had a better rhythm around their attack although they still had some defensive strategy along side which prevented Napoli to getting an equalizer, this team dose not mean Roma played any better because in the first half they weren't performing well enough but until the second half when the red card became their advantage but then Napoli did tried to maintain the difference around one goal because I feel if Napoli had such advantage, the goal margin would be two or more.

We can see that AS Roma's first winning goal scored by Lorenzo Pellegrini occurred after the Napoli player received a red card. AS Roma's second goal also came after Osimhen received a second yellow card.
There was nothing special about AS Roma's victory against Napoli even though Lukaku was the best player in the match.
If the match had gone on without a red card from the Napoli team, AS Roma would have been in trouble and might have suffered defeat.

Lukaku's statistics are still below Osimhen as a player who occupies the attacking position for his team.
This season Lukaku has only collected 8 goals in 14 matches and 1 assist with around 1,179 minutes played. Meanwhile, in 13 matches, Osimhen has collected 7 goals with 997 minutes played and was able to make 2 assists.

There were expectations in start of the season things are going to have changes, but suddenly they all stopped due to poor finances, and they have to rely on players which are currently playing and having not good performance which is surely not ideal, and they were doing good in early matches but suddenly now things are going down, and they are also having deep trouble Giroud performance is surely setback with he was impressive in early days but now having nothing like this and age factor is surely having his impact.

Even currently they are having no problem for dropping in league table because we have struggling time for the few more teams but if they want to have better things surely need to increase quality and bring few fresh players which give them improvement and better results, but we have good thing all elite clubs are in upper half of the league table.

Ademola Lookman is indeed a key player for Atalanta and if you look at his contribution this season he has scored 6 goals and 3 assists for Atalanta. It's just that every opportunity failed in this match and he failed to provide better hopes for Atalanta. I think Atalanta is also confused when facing an equally strong team and they seem to have difficulty breaking down their opponent's defense.

In the end, Atalanta only sat back in 8th after this defeat and failed to shift Roma's position in the standings. However, their position is a little threatened because Lazio and Torino are starting to overshadow them with a difference of only 2 points. In the next match against Lecce, I hope Atalanta can win again and I will bet on Atalanta winning in this match later.

Bologna are still moving on determinedly on their way. They faced two tough teams to beat consecutively recently but they still managed to beat both of them - Atalanta and Roma. They are officially a top 4 contender for me especially after these important wins.    They haven't been losing for five weeks in the league.

Until facing Milan at the end of January I think Bologna's fixture isn't much challenging as well. They can continue without a loss until then. But in San Siro against Milan I don't know whether they can keep this up. They lost to Fiorentina away and maybe they could lose another big away game.

Naples unwatchable

Napoli started the match well despite they where playing in the home of Roma, but they blocked Roma plan to lead the match in the first half  by displaying well but the first half ended up draw 0-0 for the two teams to have hope of using second half to achieve victory.The red card made many people to lose their prediction because many people predicted for the favour of Napoli base on some kind players their coach used to start the match but the red card two of their players got, gave Roma opportunity to scored the two goals. But if not the red card that happened in that match, Napoli would have use the second half to equalized the goal and add another two goals to defeat Roma 1-3 but red card turned the match to the favour of Roma to defeated Napoli 2-0.

It's not too challenging for Roma to get into the top 4 position as they play well enough they are already 6th in the points table and only 3 points behind the 4th position which needs only 1 game worse to fill and I think Roma can do it. Inter is doing very well this time in the Italian league, they are also ahead of all other teams. Inter can be champions of the Italian league.  Although now there are many matches to be played. So the position can change anytime so it is not guaranteed that they will be champions. But the possibility cannot be denied

It is not impossible of course as they are very close to the top 4, but I am hesitant to believe they will make it eventually. The top 4 are set in stone almost I would say although maybe AC Milan will get into deeper trouble over time. But then there is some unexpected competition from Bologna and Fiorentina and Napoli is still not out of the game for the top 4. It is a single point separating them from Roma. If I had to pick my top 4 right now, I would not choose Roma.

Napoli's defeat is normal. Because Napoli only played with 10 players and then with 9 players. And all the goals scored by AS Roma players were every time Napoli lost a player in the match. Like the first goal that Roma managed to get in the 76th minute, it was 10 minutes after Napoli lost Politano who received a red card. And the second goal that AS Roma got in the 90+6 minute was 10 minutes after Osimhen left the field due to a red card. Well, this is a coincidence and also the luck of AS Roma who always managed to score a goal after 10 minutes every time Napoli lost 1 player due to a red card. So the victory achieved by AS Roma did not feel very pleasant, of course for some people. Because they won because they played against a team that lost players.

Napoli have changed their coach. But they are still not getting any benefit. Their performance further deteriorated. Napoli played 8 matches after appointing a new coach and they lost 5 matches. Napoli's performance is getting weaker.

Napoli's performance against Roma was poor from the start. However, the first half ended goalless. But after Matteo Politano received a red card in the second half, Napoli players were unable to resist the attacks of Roma players. Napoli conceded a goal within 10 minutes. Luciano Spalletti's performance and efficiency with Napoli last season was something they've never experienced from a manager since they last won the Italian Serie A title in 1990. But what really surprised me was the fact that he left the club after a very successful season with the club as he lifted the Scudetto for the first time in over 30 years for the club.
Luciano Spalletti's departure didn't sit down well with majority of the club's fans because of how he really improved the performance of the Napoli team. Rudi Garcia was appointed to replace Spalletti but his time at Napoli was a forgettable one as he failed to continue with the great impressive performance of his predecessor which resulted to his sacking by the club's management.

However,  after the sacking of Rudi Garcia,  the club hired an Italian manager in the person of Walter Mazzarri and he somehow improved the performance of the team but unfortunately for him he couldn't help Napoli avoid a humiliating defeat at Roma last weekend. Napoli I think can still improve and do better under current boss if they are determined to do so.

The match was fierce with lots of yellow cards and red cards issued by the referee in the match, and I think that's quite natural because the match was running with high tension and this was also a match between two of Serie A's top teams.
However, in my opinion, Roma's victory is quite realistic because Napoli's performance is currently in a very bad state and Roma can take advantage of this very well.

Roma scored the first goal when Napoli received a red card, as well as the second goal they scored when Napoli received a second red card.
The results of this match were certainly very disappointing for Napoli who hoped that a change of coach would bring change but it turned out that what was hoped for had not happened.
This victory allows Roma to reduce the difference in points with Fiorentina who are ranked, but next facing Juventus Roma will likely experience defeat.
Juventus is quite consistent even though they often win with a very narrow score because Juventus' typical game tends to be defensive and if Roma can break Juventus' defense makes it very possible for Roma to get points.

Roma vs Napoli Yesterday match between two teams Roma team performed very well for which Roma team won the match by scoring 2 goals. In this match I bet against Roma team Napoli team performed poorly for which I did not win the bet. Napoli team will not score in this match.  Napoli's M. Politano received a red card after 66 minutes.V.  Osimhen got red cards in 86 minutes. Roma team player L. Pellegrini scored the first goal in 76 minutes. R.  Lukaku scored the 2nd goal at 90+6 minutes.

I am not sure whether it has been discussed previously or not. what is certain is that at the moment it looks like Roma will make Lukaku permanent because previously Lukaku performance was very bad, but after Lukaku arrival everything changed for the better, the improvement in performance is quite good and it is clear that Mourinho really relies on this player. but the problem is the cost of making this player permanent, is Roma able to cover Lukaku contract costs?
because previously I had heard that Roma was having a bit of a financial problem but wasn't sure whether it had improved because I'm not a Roma fan so I dont know for sure about any developments in depth.

In terms of the depth of expertise that Lukaku has, Roma actually has nothing to lose by making this player permanent because Lukaku has been in Serie A with Inter for a long time, so Lukaku understands the playing style of any team in Serie A so well that I say Roma will continue to be strong with him made Lukaku permanent after that looked for other players to support Lukaku to continue scoring and bring Roma to the best ranking in the standings.
