I would also hope that Napoli are getting better now, but Inter Milan are playing a great game and they could have scored 2 or 3 goals. With a win they will be past Juventus and on first place again. Napoli had a good chance to make it 1-1 recently, but Yann Sommer is in top form today. VAR has decided: no penalty for Napoli. Another goal will surely be scored in the next 30 minutes.

Inter has taken the lead on the 44th minutes with an outstanding strike from Çalhanoğlu which went straight into the back of the net. Napoli are playing their best and they dominated the first half and they missed some good opportunities. Inter was playing a defensive game and they didn't give Osimhen any chance to display his goal scoring techniques. I know that Inter will take this match personal because they will like to take back the first position from Jyventus. The second half might bring hope back to Napoli if they can equalize the goal, it is a superb first half.

It is a game at home for Napoli, but the comeback qualities that Inter Milan has demonstrated against Benfica Lisbon and the record they have in the Serie A so far and on top of that the strongest defense, all of that makes me doubt that Napoli has an advantage here. A draw is the most probable result in my opinion, but a win would be so important for Napoli as that would get them back into the top 4 with the chance to climb further and consolidate their position when they play against Juventus Turin and then Roma two weeks later.
