Indeed. It is a good start done by Mazzarri, he can manage Napoli squad winning against Atalanta. Atalanta isn't a small team in Serie A, it is a quite strong team. So, winning against Atalanta proves that Mazzarri has a better capability to manage Napoli than Rudi Garcia. With this good progress, we can assume that Napoli can be competitive again, they probably target to join the race of the title. I really hope that the competition for Scudetto isn't for Inter and Juventus only, if more teams join the race will be more interesting.

Yes, it seems Mazzarri knows better how to have a good relationship with the players and understand to apply proper tactics. It is what Napoli players can't get under Rudi Garcia's management.

Their formation is still the same and it doesn't need a major overhaul but the way they play is a little different now where they don't linger too long on the ball but focus more on good quality attacks that can destroy the opponent.
It's a good debut but I agree with what you're saying because it's still early days and Mazzari must continue to bring Napoli to this level and it's not easy when the demands from club management are still high.

This match was quite interesting and tight. Both Napoli and Atalanta put quite a lot of pressure on each other and also had tight attacks. In fact, Atalanta has a greater number of attacks compared to Napoli. This condition almost made Napoli felt difficult at that time. Napoli's form is still not perfect at the moment but with 3 points on Mazzari's first debut I think it's good enough for them and makes a difference to the previous few weeks.

Maybe you have missed something bad about Lazio's recent form. Lazio did not win their last 2 matches before being defeated by Salernitana today. Napoli were able to score first then score a second goal after the draw to get 3 points and be able to stay close to the other top teams and at the same time get a securing gap from Atalanta just behind them.
I said get closer from top teams since Milan is leading right now with 1 goal vs Fiorentina which isn't an easy match otherwise Napoli would be in front of them. There is still 30 minutes to go in that match and Milan seems to be in control.

Personally I suspected the game to be a tough one for Lazio after seeing their winning odd to be 1.70 for a team that is not good this season but looking at the bookmarkers prediction they picked Lazio as the favorite in the game likewise football lovers but the home team got motivation after they conceded the first goal before the halftime in the 43 minutes of the game, they possibly hid to the advice of them coach to steal the show from the away team as they got a better performance then Lazio in the second half and got two goals that saw them record their first win this season being in their home ground, I think it's actually a well deserved victory for them and I hope they stay motivated henceforth in other games and I hope they fight more to move out of the relegation zone cause right now they are still in the down bottom of the table.

Lazio generally this season hasn't been their best, although they are seen as one of the average team in the serie A because they have always been within the average range in the serie A they finish top 6or 7 and have hardly finished amongst top four or three so much isn't expected of them.

It took a long time for Salernitana to get their first win of the season and they managed to do it against a strong team like Lazio. No one thought that Salernitana would be able to do it and this would enable them to move out of the relegation zone starting next week. So far Lazio has still not found its identity as previously Lazio was one of the teams that was always respected by its opponents. This week the Biancoceleste had to swallow the bitter pill again against Salernitana and this result made the team from the capital again face threats from the teams in the middle zone.
