I want to comfortably attribute all the failures that Napoli have recorded to the unnecessary and unfavorable decisions the president have made over the club's players including the manager. The president doesn't seem to be magnanimous to me and is as much arrogant to my liking especially as he should have dealt with a the diversity of the club. I don't want to quickly conclude that he's playing some racial cards with the club but with some of the moves the big man is taking, it won't be shocking to see such prospective club fail.

In my opinion any speculation doesn't lead anywhere and it doesn't make sense to be philosophical about what can happen next to Napoli. I don't know if this change of the coach will give Napoli the results that they are hoping for and I also wonder if they still trust in the existing team to be strong enough to compete for the Scudetto. Sometimes these changes give some optimism to players and they win a few games, but what Napoli really wants is a a new optimized alignment between the team and the coach for long-term success. If Mazzarri is the right guy for that, only time will tell.
