Napoli's performance wasn't pretty bad but was just on the average, but playing against union Berlin in their home is a game everyone will expect they win because union Berlin has really been weak since this season even in their domestic league they are relegation prone.

Union Berlin has not been any better even with the champions league aswell so playing with Napoli we would expect Napoli to win but it's was even looking like Napoli at some point struggled with Berlin in their yesterday's game, but then Napoli bis now second on their group and still have a good chance to qualify regardless of the draw, the target has been for them to qualify for the next round of the UCL of which they seem to have achieved.
If Napoli display what they displayed in their last game, I believe union Berlin will secure victory from Napoli because many things has changed negatively with Napoli and is causing them draw games in this season. Since Napoli is coming to the home of union Berlin to play with them, I will predict for the favour of union Berlin to beat Napoli 2:1 to increase their points because, they have experienced many beaten from many teams in this summer, which their coach is not happy about it and he need positive change in this game.

But Napoli struggle to secured that victory they got from their opponent yesterday in the champion league because their coach warned the players not to play anyhow in that game that gave their players more concentration from the beginning of the game till the end of the game to win 3 points to come close to Real Madrid in that group.

Actually, in this case, the increase or decrease in player performance also depends on how the coach gives trust and freedom to them so that this depends on the attitude of the coach whether his presence will make the player become as expected or decrease in terms of performance.
Napoli players who have decreased now also have a share of Rudi who cannot bring Napoli's performance to the best as before in the era of Spalletti even though this player must also be regretted due to the decline in quality and performance but still the one in control is the coach and Rudi cannot be separated from it.
Luciano Spalletti significantly raised the expectations of the Napoli fans after he won the Italian scudetto with over 15 points difference from the second placed Lazio. When Spalletti left the club few weeks after the league triumph, the club has to hire another manager which happens to be Rudi Garcia and considering the high expectations of the club fans, I knew it'll be difficult for any manager to meet their expectations.
Napoli haven't performed like they did last season and the fact that Victor Osimhen who's been sidelined as a result of injury is yet to come back, things have become even more difficult for the manager. I think Garcia can still improve their performance but needs more time to find the best rhythm for the club
If I'm not mistaken Rudi was also recruited because of a suggestion from Spalletti who did say that his style of play was almost the same as Spalletti's and indeed looking at what Rudi Garcia did with the schemes and formations carried out when coaching Napoli it was indeed not too different from Spalletti's only that it was also not enough because in the end there must be more chemistry and closeness between players and coaches in order to create a strong bond and trust each other.
Now Osimhen is unplayable but his current case is actually more serious after there were some conditions where Osimhen's relationship with the club began to chaos even though it was still muted but still this will definitely interfere and become an obstacle and even this could also open the way for Osimhen to leave in the future.

Osimhen was a key last season. His stat was a proof about how big his contribution to the napoli. It's not my first time to see napoli was always struggling when playing without him. it makes sense to call that if osimhen will leave then napoli may probably fall.
Even napoli is still struggle at this moment with him. The current standing was proof even though it will not determine the winner of this season but napoli is far from last season when club was always winning the game since the first match of serie a.
Its competitors have been aware if the key of napoli was osimhen.

The injury sustained by Osimhen has demonstrated that Napoli's performance has significantly declined in the absence of his presence. Missing osimhen meant missing something who can score for napoli.
Osimhen's performance is not that good like previous season but so far so good for now.

Yeah! That's accurate! But you'll have to give credit to the fans at home  and those traveling to support the players and to the staffs and the rest of the squad who worked together to make sure they make the dream come through..
I want to point out a player who had a massive work rate for Napoli last season, no wonder Real Madrid was rumoured to want him.
Khivicha Kvaratskhelia is the name, the Georgian international played massively and supported Victor Oshime even though the credits and more goals scored all came from Victor Oshime.

They both deserve to play a better club honestly, they need not extend contracts further with Napoli honestly. No doubts, the absence of Victor Oshime has affected em in a way. Also the mockery on tick tock must have gotten him vexed. If that was done to the club by the player, they would've terminated his contract!

Yes, Rudi Garcia has tough task because he has to return Napoli to its performance and strength like last season, but several of their players have experienced setbacks, plus the presence of Osimhen who is injured will make it difficult for Napoli to make changes.

I don't think Rudi Garcia has a difficult task here. Before he arrived, Napoli were champions last season under coach Luciano Spalletti. Garcia came here with a mission: to maintain the strength of the team. Coach Rudi Garcia and his team are in 4th place, and successfully defending the championship will probably be difficult for them. Therefore, he needs a quality alternative to ensure that the reigning Serie A champion is capable of competing with AC Milan, Inter Milan, or Juventus.

Osimhen is one of the keys to Napoli success so his absence from the Napoli squad will have a big impact and Rudi Garcia also needs to take firm steps to find replacement for Osimhen in the meantime.

Osimhen is one of Napoli's main strikers. Recently, he and the club have had many conflicts. Assuming he leaves in the upcoming transfer window, there's no telling how far Napoli will fall.

Napoli only need 1 more win to accompany Real Madrid to the round of 16, it looks like they will do it. Union Berlin, yes they didn't perform well from the start so they should be assured of elimination now that they've seen the points they've accumulated now it's very difficult to qualify. There's still a chance, but it's very small and it's dependent on other clubs losing their remaining 2 games, and when you look at the scenario, it's a very difficult thing to happen.
Braga still have a chance, but their chances are slim.
Napoli is enough good team. so it is possible for them to win one more match and and get chance in round of 16. Real Madrid is a good enough team and Napoli are good enough in the Italian league so Napoli can be expected to at least make it to the round of 16 even if they don't win the championship. They needed to win their match against Union Berlin but unfortunately they drew the match.  But the next match will be more important for them

In football, no team ought to be underrated. Like if not for more experienced and tactical players that some clubs possess do you think that teams will be better than each other? Like are there not eleven players between the both clubs? So far as football is concerned, changes are meant to occur so no matter how much match a club loses they can still surprisingly do better when they face a stronger side.

Though Napoli is far stronger than Union Berlin in the sense that they've had much more champions league experience than Union Berlin. So at least they didn't loss the match so it's a nice one for the club.

What you say is true, Napoli is not as bad as imagined, it's just because they are the defending champions, so when there are results that are not so good, it will always be said that there is a decline and it looks increasingly bad because their competitors this season are performing better, such as Inter Milan, which is only one draw and the rest are wins so they can lead the standings.
Rudi Garcia might be said to have failed because the comparison is last season even though Napoli and Spalletti also didn't win straight away in their first season and they even failed to get it even though they started the season very well.
Osimhen at Napoli is increasingly not looking good at the club after the video scandal and now with the injury he is experiencing, more and more people are asking about his fate but we can see when he plays his commitment to Napoli is very big, but forget about the bad things the club has done to him of course It's not an easy thing, and it's a lesson for any club to respect its players and vice versa.

Napoli with Spalletti had amazing moments and they got perfect results in Serie A but in this season, Rudi Garcia failed to have the same performance. However, as I said before, we couldn't expect to see a good performance from Napoli because they lost some players and they are using a new coach while Garcia's past experience was not quite well. On the other hand, other top teams in Serie A have better and more stable performances than last season.

I will say that Napoli has definitely not done as well as they showed him. Especially as the defending champion. But I also agree that just because they are the defending champions, we are actually nitpicking the performance that they are showing a lot. Without them, being the defending champion, I think people actually wouldn't have said that they are performing really badly. They are defending the title. And that's why the inconsistent performance that they are showing has become really eye-catching.

A club is surely going to fail if they do not have respect for their players. Because a player can always move to another club. But a club might not find a player like him after that for a long period of time.

Yes, Rudi Garcia has tough task because he has to return Napoli to its performance and strength like last season, but several of their players have experienced setbacks, plus the presence of Osimhen who is injured will make it difficult for Napoli to make changes.

Napoli is not in good shape this season, watching the defending champions facing difficulty is probably not a good chance for them to reach significant positions this season. Napoli president, Aurelio De Laurentiis keen on making the team improve, he will make moves for potential players in January transfer window. We know the origination of Napoli inconsistent performance and hindrances, its trace back to the former manager, Luciano Spalleti exits Napoli with a whole set of whole left to be achieved. Meanwhile the new manager, Rudi Garcia is facing some challenges in his new club, this is probably not what he expected but he will try to figure out.

To defend the title is not easy, even if for example Luciano Spalletti is still the head coach of Napoli this season too, I'm sure Napoli will have bad results this season too. So, I think try to turn over a new leaf this season because after all, the Napoli team is not the same as last season, because there have been many changes in the team. Also, the competition in this season is definitely different from last season, as last season the favorites teams were also inconsistent and moreover, last season also team like Juventus got punished . Therefore, there is no guarantee for the title-winning team to defend the title this season, unless Napoli has a management as good as Manchester City or maybe Bayern Munich. But the truth is, Napoli don't have management as good as them so yes, it's natural for Napoli to experience a decline in performance this season. Try not to get your hopes up for something that is unlikely to happen. LOL

I hate comparisons but I'm forced to say that, comparing the position they seat this compared to the last two seasons by this time is crazzzzzzyyy. They have accumulated good number of points by this time and maintained a good position at the top of the league. They've lacked consistency and that hard retarded the momentum of the club. They currently occupies fourth position on the league standing and that is not so good for the defending Champions.

They've just seen few players leave prior to the start of the league and they didn't make good replacement for them. The loss of Luciano Spalleti has also been felt. Napoli should monitor tightly the results of Garcia and if he can't make it to the end of the season by remaining top amongst the best four he shouldn't be allowed to hold the job. He shoulda'v won the league too with same lads but he lacks capacity. How the hell he fvcked up yesterday night? Shit!

We cannot equate what Napoli achieved last season with this time, of course it will be different and Rudi Garcia needs time to build this team according to what he hopes, this is only Rudi Garcia's first season and I think Napoli's performance is not too bad.
And what happened to their mainstay player Osimhen had nothing to do with the coach because it was purely an internal problem between the team and Osimhen.

Napoli’s team have been playing averagely well for some time now and I won’t also equate it like that of the last season. I have a strong believe that the Napoli team will again above what they are now, but it will definitely take time because of how scattered everything is now. The new coach is yet to have a grasp of the team and put things together even though they haven’t been playing that bad from the beginning of the season. With the troubles Osimhen is having with his team, I am sure he will be leaving the club by the end of this season.
Napoli still have a good chance, either in Serie A or in the Champions League. However in these two competitions, Rudi Garcia squad was not a strong candidate this season, and if you really look closely, the luck factor played a bigger role last season when Napoli won the Scudetto. Therefore, I think we have too high expectations of their consistency, that Osimhen and his colleagues can appear consistent like last season.

The impact of the change of coach is clearly very obvious, and Spalletti departure leaving a legacy in the form of good players cannot yet be fully determined. Because after all, when we have too high expectations for Napoli performance, we also have to see how aggressive they are in the transfer market. Because at the same time Inter, Juventus and Milan are Scudetto competitors every season.

Rudi Garcia has never been a successful coach in any top-flight club. I don't know why the club decided to give him the job instead of looking for a coach who has past results. His match strategies are strange and his decision to substitute Osimhen and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia during the match against Bologna when the common decision of every coach would have been to push on more attackers is an example of his poor tactical skill. The draw with Union Berlin, a club that is struggling is unacceptable for a club like Napoli. Union Berlin I currently in 16th position in the Bundesliga and shouldn't have been a problem for Napoli. Rudi Garcia needs to wake up and maximize the quality of players at his disposal.

In that match Roma will play away, and in 5 away matches they can only got one winning, and that too against a weaker team. The performance of Jose Mourinho squad was not very impressive when playing away, it was different when playing at home because in their last match Roma were able to make a surprise with their epic comeback. On the other side, Lazio is also not an easy team to beat, and yeah they also have good motivation after beat Feyenoord in Champion league, so it seems like there is a possibility that Lazio can secure full points against Roma.

Roma also had a good match against Lecce when they came back from a goal down to win the game. Paulo Dybala and Romelu Lukaku are in top form so I expect Roma to at least get a draw from the game. But Jose Mourinho be focusing on the Europa League match against Slavia Praha in Fortuna Arena, Prague, Czech Republic. Roma is currently topping Group G with nine points after winning all their games.

How can they growth at AC Milan, if Pioli still can't fully trust these players? Even though they have potential, the coach's trust is important to develop their potential. If they are just in the bench and less playing on any matches, of course these players will be stuck with the skills they currently have. I aggree, It's time to have a younger replacement for Giroud, but so far, he remains the main choice. This reminds me of Ibrahimovic's. When Ibrahimovic is not injured, Pioli will make him as starter, even though a fresher player could be the main choice, but not in Pioli's style.
I don't think Pioli is problem as AC Milan manager, he was success winning scudetto last two season although with lower budget for signing top players, Milan have financial problem with transfer activities every years only signed player have not get regular position with their previous club and most of Milan transfer dominance player have been free agent. Its difficult for Milan to get young player if still not spent much money to buy top young players.

In domestic league, Milan still not loss compete yet for Scudetto tittle race although they have remaining six points behind Inter Milan, in Champion League, Pioli success get first winning of four matches after defeating PSG and get chance to next round if can win on next two matches left.

Moreover, Milan is now also good at the players coming in, just maximize the potential of Tijjani, Okafor, Chukwese, RLC, Leao especially, and look for a replacement striker or replacement for Giroud, (Nikolas Jakson if possible). If this can be maximized, I think AC Milan will be a serious contender in Serie A.

Indeed, if those who are younger are not given the opportunity to play more minutes, it will only cover their potential. Pioli is one of those coaches who very rarely replaces the mainstay players in his squad if they are not injured. in Giroud's case, although he is still productive enough to score goals. but seeing that he is 37 years old, being on the field full time, of course, he will tire very easily. Of course, it can affect game strategy if several older players are on the field without replacement.
However, Pioli still really trusts Giroud.
