Inter Milan really seems to be fighting harder to maintain its position at the top of the standings. Because currently I feel that the other teams' performance is not as good as Inter Milan. Inter Milan have been the best attacking team in all of Italian Seria A, so it'll be much better if you give them their flowers. They don't need to wait till the end of the season before you give them credits.
Giving credits don't mean they shouldn't lose focus on the bigger picture for the small though.

They worked hard against Roma. Roma off course defended very well and played with so much passion but couldn't do that for the full ninety minutes of the game.
