Calling Empoli's performance excellent is kind of misleading, but they have done their very best to win this game, which was to make use of their few chances and defend as fiercely as they can. By their own standards I guess you could call the performance excellent, I agree.

But what is more important is that Fiorentina was really bad. It's often easy to say that the winning team played excellent because they won. Whereas when much weaker teams win against the favorite, it is often based on an underperformance by the favorite and the inability to play goal-oriented and exploit their advantage in quality. Well done by Empoli, but played badly by Fiorentina.

Defeating by 2 goals at home against a bottom team is not a normal result in my opinion, Fiorentina's performance was not as usual in this match, I don't think it was Empoli's performance that improved but it was Fiorentina's game that was so bad in this match that they had to accept a humiliating defeat in front of his own supporters.
This season will probably be the same as the previous season for Fiorentina who cannot be consistent so it is difficult for them to maintain their position in the standings and it is also difficult for them to compete at the top of the standings, if you look at the team's performance I think Fiorentina deserves to compete at the top standings but they can never be consistent, this is quite a shame.

Yes, this was indeed a bad defeat experienced by Florentina at home, and of course many were surprised by the results Florentina received in that match, even though Florentina had complete control of the ball, in fact Empoli was still able to break Florentina defense and was even able to score 2 goals and so on. AC Milan should not have dropped points at home against Juventus. Despite not getting 3 points against Juventus, AC Milan should have got at least one point. Losing 3 points at home is a huge loss for any club. Even in the case of relatively small teams, they perform well at home and against big teams they can't get 3 points, but they get at least one point. AC Milan were favorites at home against Juventus but they did not perform well against Juventus at home. AC Milan had plenty of mistakes in their plans and AC Milan were unable to attack against Juventus as much as Juventus were able to attack. AC Milan had some half chances against Juventus which they could not convert into full chances and that is where AC Milan fell behind in this match. Yes, I agree that currently Juventus is the most comfortable of all the clubs. Their schedule is also not as busy as other teams in Serie A. So Juventus can actually concentrate better in Serie A this season.
