They've suffered a lot of setback since last season and this season alot has also been ongoing starting from the failed doping test of Paul Pogba to the various injury crisis occurring currently and things might begin to get worst and we could see them decline in form and position on the standings, and ofcourse the coach allergri needs to be worried because the club still need to be strengthened more and they're losing players to injury.

However there a news that another midfielder could face suspension from football activities due to illegal betting, this is another setback that's should make the coach more worried because the team could really decline in form and probably lose their top four position in the standings.

Firstly I think Gracia is not the real problem here, yes he shares in the problem but then he alone isn't the problem, he is currently facing too much pressure from the fans and the management and this will definitely affect his productivity because he at this point, he does not have the enabling environment required for him to be able to deliver optimally the results expected of him, this is resulting from the inconsistency characterized with the management.

Trusting Gracia with some more time wouldn't be out of place considering the effect his sack would have on the team, secondly it's very important to note that the severity of these issues with the team arose after the issues with osiemhen which the management did give proper attention and handled to the point of total resolve.

So now the coach have to work with players who are already not very happy with the management and are willing to leave soonest, this alone can be very tasking as the coach only give out oders and the players execute to the best of their capacity. Sometimes we just get carried away by the bad news that is spreading so that people out there just think instantly to blame Rudi Garcia even though those who blame this coach don't really understand how he is trying to slowly improve Napoli to still get the title in Serie A even though there is a possibility failed in the champions league but at least Garcia is still a wise coach.
To get another title in this league as long as they still have Victor Osimhen Napoli will be fine but I don't know what will happen if this player has to leave the club in the next season because I heard conflict from the media spread that there is a problem that makes Osimhen no longer feel at home at Napoli.
