They did lose to Lazio at home, but it did not make their chances small in this match. Even in the game at that time Napoli played much better and even they controlled the game. But they were not lucky enough to have their points stolen by Lazio with a thin score of 1-2 in that match. I really agree with you about Napoli will having no trouble winning the match against Genoa. And I don't think Genoa's victory against Lazio can make us think that Genoa is superior to Lazio. Because in that match I still remember that Lazio continued to attack Genoa. It's just that Genoa does have a pretty good defense. And last week Genoa also suffered defeat by Torino. Genoa always had difficulty building attacks. So I can't expect much from this club. Even though they are playing as hosts. Still, this will not benefit them.

Genoa still unable to gets the winning result at their home and they even lose while playing at their home from Fiorentina on week 1 so i have to says it doesn't guarantee Genoa will be performing well although this is their home match and especially Napoli also don't want to slipped again because their contender just like Inter or Milan had impressive performance compared to them and indeed some of Napoli players haven't reach to their top performance again especially Kvaratskhelia that after return from injured i think Kvaratskhelia still unable to performing well but i still believe in this match Napoli can collect 3 points from Genoa and i think odds @1.69 is quite decent to bet even this might be the safe bet because Napoli will most likely win this match
