I talked about it elsewhere, Lazio seems to me to be a really strong team at the moment, but not mature. So for this reason Inter have a better odds at the moment.

IMO, it seems that Lazio will win this match. Although Inter also has a good performance, the fact is that Lazio was able to beat Napoli when Lazio played away. While against Inter in the upcoming match, Lazio played at home and gave greater strength and greater confidence to beat Inter.
The difference in odds is very clear that the bookmaker also gave a small difference. Or the worst result is a draw.

Lazio's game against Inter Milan is the toughest match in the Serie A this week and to be frank, i don't know who will win among the both of them because they both have equal points but Inter Milan has more goal difference than Lazio and they also have an outstanding match to be which if the win Lazio, the will be ahead of them with three points. Lazio has remained consistent in the Europa league and also in the Serie A, and they will play to still maintain their form regardless that they a facing a strong opponent. This game may either end in a draw from my own view or Lazio might win narrowly.

Both teams has good strikers that can score goals but this is a very important match so there may be possibility for the both teams to score but the chance is very small. You are calling two wins in a row against the same team by the same team a surprise win. Lazio has beaten Napoli not once, but twice within a couple of days. I don't know how you are coming up with the idea that there is this one team in Serie A which is above all others. In fact what makes the league so exciting now is that there is not one team better than all other teams, but so many teams are competing on the same level. But you seem to have a different picture in mind about what sets one team apart.
