According to my observations, I don't think Napoli will have any problems this season because every position on the team is still in good shape. No doubt Inter Milan's match was already seen as a win for them before  looking at the team they were to play against, the Cagliari team just got promoted and they don't have the number of good players when compared to the players in the Inter Milan team and after watching Milan play in their first game their performance was enough reason to pick them as the favorite to win in the game. I think the Cagliari team will find it difficult to adapt in the SeriaA this season because the league appears to be more competitive as it was last season even though they have just played two matches but I think the likes of AC Milan, Napoli and Inter Milan aren't settling for low performance this season.

I'm not going to deny about the 3 teams you mentioned, but I agree with your assumptions. Milan, Inter and Napoli appear to be better prepared than the other 17 teams when it comes to fighting for the Serie A title this season. But this is just the start of the season, which is basically still very difficult to determine who is the most worthy, but of course we can distinguish the three from the quality and performance of each.

I tend to think that Napoli will have a hard time defending the title, while Inter have a higher chance than Milan. But in any case I prefer Milan to win the title even though I'm not entirely sure they are able to maintain their best form like in the last two games.

Any team that keeps winning will at least be in the top-four position.
