But still why would he assume such a hassle when he doesn't even know what the concrete legal status for Juventus Turin is as investigations are ongoing?

Ac milan is chasing victory to improve their ranking and get back into the top 4 because that is their target for this season after failing to compete with Napoli in the Scudetto title race. With the win from Lecce, Ac Milan has another chance to return to the top 4 because the point difference is not that far from the team above them.

this season will be the toughest season for ac milan in serie A because they often lose the best moments in several matches which makes them have to work hard in the rest of the season to return to the top 4.

That's their third defeat in a row. I thought getting back their points will boost them not the opposite.
