It is definitely a setback for Napoli there is no doubt about that but they are good enough to beat Milan even without him as well. At the very worst case, they could keep the other team not scoring, keep the ball, and just make sure Milan doesn't score, and that means they can get Osimhen back on the next game and beat them there. This would allow the teams to have a better chance as well and probably have a much better reaction to the problem at hand and a solution to it.

It's not a surprising result if Inter lose this home match against Fiorentina, because previously I also said that Inter and Milan are two teams that are difficult to be consistent with. However, if Inter can turn things around then surely it will still be a good result but I personally doubt it.

To be honest Inter Milan got issues with scoring goals they don't have a good tactic to get close to the goal and they don't even have a perfect sticker to score goals. That's really disappointing to see the game between these two still 0-0 while Iter Milan is a top team in Serie A but as you said there is a high chance for this game to finish with a 0-0 result because I didn't see any opportunities for these two teams to score a goal.

Inter Milan's performance against Fiorentina was very poor today. They made several attacks but none of them were powerful. No wonder Fiorentina won this match. Inter Milan had a total of 8 shots in the first half, only one of which was on target. I am very disappointed with Inter Milan's performance.
