Yes, only Inter have been able to beat Napoli so far this season. The difference in points between Napoli and Inter is now 16, not including Inter's next game. That's five losses in a row for Napoli and five wins in a row for Inter. I don't think it's realistic and Napoli will actually become Serie A champions, probably even ahead of schedule.
