It's good for them then to do this quickly otherwise the crisis might have got bigger than ever.

There is still no guarantee that they will get better from now on of course. Until the date you have given, they just need to focus on their game by the end of the break. Juventus have had a really good winning streak so far. They shouldn't lose this momentum easily. Otherwise I can't even imagine how much more the players would be down mentally.

After watching things about Juventus look like they have not the worst situation as few were saying in the early days of this all hopefully they will settle this all quickly and new board will also have better things for the clearance and bringing positive development in this club because there were chaotic about few wired transactions happened and Juventus can relegate these things were circulating and surely these were creating uncertainty about many players and their future but if they will hold meeting on 18 January and new board will bring transparency and cooperate with authorities then Juventus clearly can stay here, and we can watch their dominance in remaining part of this season.

As many players are concerned and media hype working maybe we will have few changes in January transfer window even it's not clear but nothing is clear, and we can expect something off the field things which are right now not on any media.

All teams perform in all matches to realize their weaknesses. In these matches, victory or defeat does not matter. I will not talk about Roma Serie A games before the break nor about their friendlies where they can test or play less seriously, but I will talk about their upcoming games in January, Roma will face Bologna, Milan, Fiorentina and Napoli. No one of these games should be underestimated. Milan and Napoli are the hardest one obviously but Fiorentina and Bologna are respectable teams that could surprise bigger ones.
Dunno how Mourinho prepared his team to face them but having bad results in all of them will make the whole situation very weird..

Because as long as Mourinho continues to use the same old boring strategies there is no way this team are having a much better season than the last one. Currently it is like there is nothing changed for this team comparing to the previous season. They are still losing so many points and staying behind many big teams in the standings.

I don't argue the fact his won European Major Competition and trophies but then lately, the tactics Jose Mourinho has used from Manchester United, to Tottenham Hotspur and now to As Roma has all been outdated tactics.
Football has really moved from what it use to be and those defending tactics can not beat good attacking side's like Real Madrid, Manchester City, Barcelona and others like Bayern Munich and Paris Saint Germany.

I was busy tipping Jose Mourinho to win the Seria A but with this same outdated pattern and strategies I'm certain he'll not a single one with it.
It was impressive he won last season the Conference League but the European League and Seria A, the Portuguese has to do more than defending.

He successfully did such counter attacking tactic famous back in 2010 when he bring inter milan won the champions league in that style making opponents in anger and then a sudden all out attack coming from behind and destroy every team he faced that time , he can't bring back those great memories.

As roma need a fresh tactical maestro with some stars that currently joined in , hopeless mou cant be really relied on.

salernitana is indeed an easy opponent for Ac milan in week 16 of matches this season, Ac milan can take advantage of the weaknesses of opponents who are less consistent in serie A this season. Full points were Stefano Pioli target to reduce the points behind Napoli. I saw the statistics, indeed AC Milan won 2 wins and 1 draw in 3 matches against Salernitana. with the results of the second meeting, I think ac milan has a big enough chance to win this fight. Salernitana has swallowed 6 defeats this season and for the time being they are ranked 12th in the standings.

I am more interested in watching the Napoli vs Inter Milan match because this is a big match which will be an assessment of the performance of the two teams after the long holiday.

Milan are the most comfortable team on the upcoming match week compared to Napoli and Inter especially. Salernitana matchup is like a gift for Milan to catch up with Napoli in the standings. Milan would hope for seeing a draw at the end of the Inter - Napoli match I assume. However Milan still should be careful with their game against their opponent. They shouldn't underrate Salernitana even for once otherwise they would be under the danger of losing points in such a comfortable match normally.

The reason why I'm saying these is that Salernitana are not the same with the previous season. They have looked stronger so far. They have already got half amount of points they had in the previous season. As this match is in their stadium as well they would do their best to steal a point from one of their most challenging opponents in front of their supporters.
