In this case it is true that Sassuolo are indeed below them but Juventus now still need adjustments there such as their midfield and back line which will definitely be lacking chemistry considering De Ligt is there leaving.
I think even though Juventus are favored but that doesn't mean they can win easily in this match although indeed I don't doubt that Juventus will win even with a narrow score.

It is true that it will not be easy for Juventus to beat Sassuolo, even though the quality of Juventus players is better than Sassuolo. But not
necessarily Juventus can beat Sassuolo, because Sassuolo is not a weak team, even the previous season Sassuolo had beaten Juventus.
So Juventus really have to be careful when facing Sassuolo, moreover Juventus can't play some of its main players. It all depends on how
Massimiliano Allegri prepares an effective strategy with the available players. Juventus should be able to beat Sassuolo if Allegri's strategy
goes well, because when the friendly match against Barcelona in my opinion Juventus performance was quite good. So the chance for Juventus
to beat Sassuolo is huge.

It was only one time they lost last season but indeed last season, although Sasuolo's performance was not good, they were able to make some tackles for the big teams there, so it's possible this season will be like that too.
But indeed for the opening match I expected something more interesting here.

AC Milan came out as winners of the Scudetto last season, but they did not fully display a consistent performance. They were lucky because at the same time their closest competitor (Inter Milan) also experienced the same thing, even more often than AC Milan did. This is an event that will not be repeated this season (slip together).
all teams feel it. playing consistently for a full season is a bit difficult, especially when you are in a league that does have strong teams like Serie A. maybe it will be different when we look at the French and German leagues.
not to mention the competition that was followed in the European league. Of course, it makes coaches have to think about their squad to stay in a good performance.
AC Milan and Inter will probably remain strong contenders for the Scudetto this season. not to mention there will be pressure from Roma and Juventus.

I think the chance is quite to very small that Milan will become champions again. The luck they had last year is that no one considered Milan as a serious title contender and Juventus in particular made a big mess of it in the beginning. Juventus will now put things in order again, right? The 10 years before that they became champions effortlessly, an amazing achievement if you think about it. Inter also have a strong team. I expect a duel between Inter and Juventus, but if both don't start well and AC Milan do, then AC Milan also has a chance to become champions. I think the chance of AC Milan winning the championship is 5%.

Seeing the tight competition in the standings last season and the big changes made in the transfer market this season it is difficult to predict the winner of the Series A next season.

Seeing Inter, Simone Inzaghi made a change in attacking position by bring back their striker from the previous season Romelu Lukaku, also Inzaghi added Kristjan Asllani as Inter's new midfielder for next season. This makes it possible to see Inter will play with a more attacking priority next season.

As for Juventus, we can see Allegri's ambition to win Serie A again after failing this season. Allegri's changes to several positions make it even more convincing to see their ambitions for next season. And Napoli, although not very involved in the transfer market but we know their game is improving season by season and that cannot be underestimated.

A new winner will probably be predicted when the matchs is at least halfway through the season.

I agree with you, no one thought that AC Milan won last season, and that is a reasonable reason that the big teams (Inter, Juventus and AS Roma) in Serie A don't think AC Milan is their competitor. In this season, I believe there will be no chance for AC Milan even to finish in 2nd place. IMO, the biggest opportunity to win Serie A belongs to Juventus.

At the current situation, Juventus will have a lot of missing players in the 1st game with Sassuolo.

Rabiot disallowed
Kena disallowed

Pogba injured
Chiesa injured
Mckennie injured
Even though it was a loss for the team, but I think Juventus had players who deserved to be played in that match especially because Sassoulo was also not very strong in my opinion. Juventus are the favourites, in my opinion, so I don't think it's necessary to worry too much about some of the missing players.

Serie A will start on August 13, of course Juventus can prepare the right players to play in the first match later. For the opening match, I expect to be able to watch the Milan vs Udinese match and expect Milan to pick up 3 points at home.

Agree. There is incomparably more money in the Premier League compared to other leagues. If I remember correctly, last season the last team in England earned more from broadcasts than the first team in Italy  Grin This cannot but affect the overall results of the teams. I'm afraid to imagine what will happen if this trend continues and results in the total dominance of England. Even now only the top clubs from other countries can compete with the top clubs from England.
There are several things that trigger this I think, because apart from the league is more competitive for several countries that have different time zones such as in my country Serie A is sometimes not watched too often because it is always in the middle or even early in the morning when Kick Off , as for other leagues such as the EPL or La Liga although there are indeed some who play in the middle of the night but in my time zone the EPL usually starts at 8 or 9 pm so this can still be enjoyed.
But indeed I quite agree when I say EPL has more money there Cheesy

The season hasn't started yet, and we haven't seen how strong the teams are ready to compete at the top. AC Milan, Inter Milan, Juventus and there are even several teams that are ready to enliven the top flight like Atalanta and Roma. I can't say the chances for the Scudetto yet because in terms of the game I haven't seen what their game is like. Maybe speculation is now looking at the strength of the team from some of the players they brought in.

I don't know how you get that number. 5% is a very small chance, your calculation is compared with the degradation club also, which I think is not like that. If I count with the top six clubs that have Europa zone league, the chance of Milan has 50%. So when face to face between Inter and Juventus, the chance is 75%. we know Juventus is going to be strong with his new squad, but Milan still has a chance even with or without luck as your guessed.

Milan should not be careless when competing with Udinese, because previously Udinese had troubled Milan several times, the last one was at the San Siro and Milan had to be willing to share points with Udinese. Milan will be seeded in the Serie A opener, Stefano Pioli can't go wrong in the first game of the season, as Udinese also want a win in their opener. Stefano Pioli's strategy was immediately tested by a team that always troubled Milan, three points had to be secured by Milan so that its status as Serie A champions last season was not polluted.
Milan is a different type of team now, they are not like old days, they won the league title last year and they have the confidence of that with them. So, I doubt that it would work for Udinese right now, it would probably be a lot more different in the long run.

People are waiting for Milan to be a mediocre team again but they are not, they are not the league fifth or anything, it is not like the past 10 years, for the past 2 years they have been very good and they could beat anyone, and I mean ANYONE in the league if they play well enough. Of course they could have some bad days but that is of course temporary and just time to time, and I hope first game is not like that.

Let's see how Dybala will be going to perform for AS Roma. I always like him as a player, but he had problems to keep up the level for several games in a row. Reminds me a bit of Coutinho, amazing player, but only every now and then.

I am not a big Fan  of Dybala but I like Paulo Dybala's goal celebration Cool

Paulo Dybala is a versatile player, can be an attacking midfielder or a striker
Dybala has amazing stats as an attacking midfielder.
As a Striker Dybala is fire, shooting, long shots, passing, and his finishing is good
Some even say Dybala is a cheap version of Messi.
One of the worst things with Dybala is his Stamina.

Yeah, and this is the opening match of the Serie A, both of them need points to secure their respective positions. It's difficult for me to predict this match, considering that in the previous matchs, Milan was made unable to move too much at its home, San Siro, even if look back at the statistics of the match at that time, Stefano Pioli sent his main squad.

So, which team will be the favorite to win the game in the next few days?

Premier League is on another level right now. Honestly, nothing is comparable to the Premier League at the moment. And the Italian league does not even come close to the Premier League. Except for the sponsors and people investing in the Premier League, the quality of players is also better in the Premier League. And eventually, there will be more money flowing into and out of the English Premier League. The Italian league is coming into focus because right now the Italian league is quite unpredictable. And more and more teams are coming forward with the aim of putting on a successful performance.

It seems like making Serie A low but that's the truth.
Currently their level is far enough to be compared both in terms of performance and in terms of finances.
Serie A has still not been able to rise for several seasons even though it is still part of the top 5 European top leagues but still they are still far behind when compared to the EPL.

there are a lot of opinions out there about what he chooses to do, but I believe that a player should always put his health before everything

he is not likely to be able to play later if he does not receive the proper treatment right now, i am not about to put another opinion out there, i am just writing to say that if this treatment works for him and does not pose any risk to his health in the long term, i am absolutely okay with that

however, if this is actually a short-term solution that doesn't look favorable for his health in the long run, i would advise him to move ahead with the surgery, it doesn't matter even if he has to miss the world cup
Juventus lost because of Pogba's injury, that's for sure. But every player will surely experience the same thing and his team must accept the consequences wisely. Pogba may be able to recover faster than expected, but of course health is important for a player where it is more likely for him to rest longer in order to minimize the risk of relapse in the future.

If his recovery lasts long, then Juventus may soon find a replacement. In addition, France also will not take a big risk to call him into the World Cup squad if his condition has not fully recovered. There are many good players to replace him in the France squad, but maybe not many at Juventus.

we cannot blame Pogba, it is too much to say that Juventus lost because of him especially when he cannot do anything about that, he is injured, what do you expect him to do?

it is true that this injury is likely to hurt Juventus a lot, Juventus had very big plans regarding this player, but now they are going to have to make other arrangements

furthermore, this injury will not heal in one or two weeks, he is likely to be out for months and that is not conducive at all for Juventus right now, and i am not willing to blame a prayer for prioritizing the World Cup before club football

The Serie A is of course not much comparable to the Premier League now. There is a huge quality difference between these leagues. There is a way big difference when it comes to sponsorships etc. also. On the other hand, the Serie A has started to become more attention getting for spectators. Because we have started to see some real competition between teams for the title finally. We saw two different champions for two seasons in a row. If it goes on like this then maybe we can see this league rising in the standings more.
I did not see any progress of the Italian teams in Eurocups, due to the increased competition in Serie A. Milan, who became the champion in Serie A, had probably one of the most disastrous Champions League season, Inter and Juventus also could not achieve great success. Maybe Milan can do better in the Champions League this time, we'll have to see that. Personally, watching the Serie has always been interesting for me, and when Juventus dominated, it was just as interesting for me, that is, with the increase in competition in the fight for the Scudetto, nothing has changed for me personally.
