Napoli is promising this season with their outstanding performance in most of their matches. Imagine how they went to Milan home and won them on clean sheet without much difficulties. Conte is ready to bring back Scudetto to Napoli with his extraordinary coaching skills.

Currently in Seria A, I don't see any club as consistent as them and they are busy increasing their point gap on the table for them to be on the better side of winning the league. However, it is foo early to conclude that they will win the league, because they might be faced with difficulties in the long run.

As for the coach of Ac Milan I think his time is up because the consistency is no longer there, they have players who are capable of changing the outcome of any game to be in their favor but it seems this man Fonseca doesn't have what it takes to set his players up and to give a better selection, maybe a game or two would tell if he has learnt his lesson.

Napoli have played really well against AC Milan they have been performing well in every match and their strong attack which is excellent. Napoli are currently the strongest team in the Italian league and their brilliant performances seem to be working hard to win the title this season. With the way Napoli are currently playing their games, strong teams like Juventus and Inter are likely to lose. Napoli are currently at the top of the points table with 25 points while Juventus and Inter have far fewer points.
However, as we have seen, the team achieved a great win against Milan and they are very hopeful this season that they will be champions in Serie A. If the AC Milan coach's current tactics are not working so his time may be coming to an end, if the team can hire a good manager now then maybe the team can change the game. If the current strategy is not going well then a different strategy must be adopted so that a strong team like Milan does not go into a bad position this season.

No doubt that Napoli have been brilliant and working so hard to get the title back and their defense have been better since this season but rating them as the strongest I don't think I agree with you on that. They haven't secured points from those teams that are also climbing to get that number spot from them and when they (Napoli) eventually beat the likes of Juventus, Inter Milan, Atalanta, Fiorentina, Lazio even Udinese are even good, until Napoli get all 3pt from each of them or at least a draw from these guys I don't think they should be classified as the strongest, is too early to rate them that high.
Ac Milan are not even trying to maintain that force of getting points to keep the pressure on the teams above them and I can't see them as title contenders. It might be that is the coach and his style isn't working that's why Ac Milan have been poor but they need something positive very fast if not they'll find themselves below the top 6.

Yeah that victory by Napoli against AC Milan could push the other teams to perform better in order to catch it, otherwise the gap will become bigger. Napoli is in the first place with 7 points in advance of Inter without counting today's result.
Inter rarely lose and they have to score to win because I doubt Empoli could score more than a goal in that match, if ever they scored.
Juventus will play home against Parma so a victory is expected. Atalanta is also favorite, they score a lot of goals but they receive many too and they will win in my opinion too. The only surprises that might happen in these games are a draw in one of them.
