Bernardeschi is no longer part of Juventus because his contract expired at the end of last June, and until now Bernardeschi still doesn't have a club and it's the same as Dybala who so far no team has signed him. I haven't seen big changes in Milan and with Ibrahimovic not going to play often so Milan will be weaker compared to last season. It is certain that they will not win Serie A this season

The problem for now is that Milan can't do much especially with their finances which are quite chaotic right now so it's quite difficult for them to be able to bring in good players there.
As for Juventus and Inter now getting something that is quite interesting because Juventus themselves got Pogba and Di Maria without spending money there and Inter can also bring Lukaku back with only 10 million obviously this is quite profitable for them.
