Ivan Juric seems to be going to suffer the same fate as De Rossi, the Croatian manager seems unable to improve AS Roma performance. The management should not have been hasty in firing De Rossi, they should have been a little patient to see the team development. You are right. Fiorentina defense is stronger after De Gea joined the club. They become more often won the the match, they are rarely conceded goals. With the capability of De Gea, all the players are motivated to perform well. They can focus on attacking, they trust De Gea as the great goalkeeper. The increase of Fiorentina players' confidence, triggers a better performance of Fiorentina.

Since De Rossi left the club, AS Roma became too weak team. It looks like a mediocre team only now. It is in 11th place, it seems hard to finish the season in the top 8 of Serie A. I think AS Roma needs to change the current coach. He has no capability to manage AS Roma players.

Fiorentina are growing in quality and competitiveness recent seasons and this season is their continuation of club growth. They luckily got De Gea, a great goalkeeper as a free player in the summer. AS Roma needed this performance to learn from their mistakes; they think that sacking coaches is as easy as they may think, and getting a better performance need consistency which will only be gotten if coaches were given time to prove themselves.
De Rossi was sacked without been given sufficient time to show his talent, and sacking him had now caused the team some bad performance.

Such a humilatingy defeat against Roma, sometimes I just don't know whats wrong with most of this teams, how would such a team like Roma allow Florentina to beat them 5:1, I think this calls for a serious questioning for the manager because it seems he is not doing his job very well, though there ball possess was at a time in that match better than their opponent but that shouldn't be the case, what every club need is winning with a good outplay nothing else, florentina had their chances and was able to utilize them against their weak opponent which is Roma, it is very disheartening to see Roma sink like a ship in that match, a good team will not want to allow their opponent to defeat them in such aggressive manner though that's by the way.

I feel the same buddy, how great Roma has fallen, I think the club Management should by now searching for a replacement if not, more of this kind of result may occur if they fail to make a fast move to that effect, for Florentina to best Roma wuth such number of goals in that match, that's to say more is to come in the future from other teams to Roma if nothing is been done, such performance has shown how weak Roma is and I suggest they act fast to prevent future occurence.

At first I thought AS Roma was able to compete in the top 4 because they brought Artem Dovbyk with the La Liga Top Score also brought Matias Soule from Juventus by spending 56 million for these 2 players but so far we have not seen a significant contribution to the team or we can call it the wrong signing. AS Roma's defense is indeed very bad with the change of coach from De Rossi to Ivan Jurić, it is very different from AS Roma's way of playing, even worse than when it was still handled by Jose Mourinho, but it all goes back to the management's decision to want a change in AS Roma's game tactics.

Jurić didn't change anything in the team, Roma remained the same as it was with De Rossi, and today I read that he is also under threat of dismissal after the defeat to Fiorentina, if this happens, then this will be a very short stay of his as head coach. Yes, the red card almost did not affect anything, since by this time Roma was already losing with no chance to win back, and the card was more a reaction to Roma's helplessness in this match. A big defeat by Fiorentina is very shameful for Roma, and now at 11th position, Juric is at a worse situation than Mourinho two years ago. Will Juric be sacked or be given more patience and time?

If Juric gets more time and patience, it's very unfair for both De Rossi and Mourinho, Roma's previous coaches.

That is a very long distance for Roma to catch up with this season even though there are still many matches to be played by all teams in the Italian League this season. Conceding that many goals is very painful and it is a weakness for the Roma team because they cannot block the attacks built by Fiorentina players. Now Fiorentina is in the top four zone and will continue to compete with other top teams to win a better position even though Fiorentina is still behind Napoli who is still at the top of the standings in the Italian League.
