Judging by the fact that Milan could not win even against Juventus, their chances are not very great, I think the best result for them will be a draw. ‍In my opinion, bookmakers give a reasonable assessment of this match:

To be honest I don't ever think that a 0-0 scoreline is always dull and not fun to watch. When two teams are trying desperately to score a goal and break the deadlock, it's actually really amazing to watch.

But only if there is such aggression from both the teams. Both teams really went for it in that match but didn't have anything to show for it in the scoreline. But in my opinion, I would have preferred a little more aggression from Juventus.

But here I just want to be more realistic, I admit the performance of these two teams has dropped a bit recently but especially for Milan. Also, if I look at the head to head results, at least Milan don't have a good record against Inter even though, I realize they have the same base at the Giuseppe Meazza. But considering his performance I think it's difficult for Milan to win here but that doesn't mean Inter will win easily, a draw is a result that looks very likely to happen in this match.

I just discovered that one of the worse things that happens to a team is having lose in last match, draws or lose in the next. It affects the team.
This same thing is trying to happen to Real Madrid in Spain.
AC Milan still has nice chances of climbing to the top only if they will decide to become more consistent in good results.
There are somewhat unlucky because it seems that Inter has an outstanding match.
If they win the match, which I know they will likely, AC's chances will become slimmer.

And also don't forget that inter has played One less match than AC Milan. So statistical they have the advantage over AC Milan.

So if AC Milan wants to actually top the leak then they have to win the next match against Inter. And if they win their next match they might potentially be promoted to second place. Currently, they have a four points difference with inter and that also having played one more match. AC Milan has to be on a winning streak to be able to challenge inter for the league title.

I commented on this a few weeks ago, Milan started badly and then they got better and started to have good results to the point of being at the top, but then they started again with the same mistakes as in the past and the same inconsistency, that way they don't have any chance of being champions because their main rival is the inter that is being consistent, they hardly lose the games, they have maintained a good defense and attack, I think Milan has no chance of being champions

I just discovered that one of the worse things that happens to a team is having lose in last match, draws or lose in the next. It affects the team.
This same thing is trying to happen to Real Madrid in Spain.
AC Milan still has nice chances of climbing to the top only if they will decide to become more consistent in good results.
There are somewhat unlucky because it seems that Inter has an outstanding match.
If they win the match, which I know they will likely, AC's chances will become slimmer.
