Inter and Milan are very comfortable right now which is the truth. At first, there was the same situation but Napoli were in Inter's place. Now, they have changed roles as it seems. Because Napoli started to mess things up for themselves. And Inter benefited from this period in the best way they could. And because Milan also struggled for some weeks, Inter were able to take the lead. And now, they are the best team by performance undoubtedly.
Inter are playing really well, they are a great team this year, you're right. I thought the Lazio game would be tough, but they weren't too hard. They did not give Lazio many positions. The clearly superior team was inter. I believe that the team that will enjoy the championship this year is Inter. The Atalanta match may be difficult, but they will beat them.
I have to say the greatness of a team comes out when they win the games they suppose to win. I understand that it doesn't look like a much deal, but as long as they lose to like only 3-4 teams and not each time (since they play twice) then it means you are going to end the season with 30 wins or so at the very least, because let's face it they are better than AT LEAST 15 teams, it is clear difference.However, even the good teams in most leagues end up losing points to teams they should not lose to, and that resulted with the leagues being more competitive most of the time, Inter is not doing that, they take every single game seriously and that allowed them to be this good.
Bologna really need to hold on to their win at the moment as it looks like Cagliari will score after putting Bologna under quite a bit of pressure. The match is almost over where currently Bologna only need to focus on defense, this is their victory even though there is no guarantee because a 1 goal lead is really not safe for any match.

Considering the current conditions of the teams in the league, Inter and Milan are quite ahead of the others in terms of not only points but also performances. We can understand this from their recent results I mean. Inter are already doing wonderful by having a winning streak of eight games. And Milan won their last three league games. There is only a one-point difference between them for now. Maybe I said it before but I want to see Milan as the champs so much at the end of this season. It is going to be very difficult against this Inter but not impossible.
I think Inter are surprising this season. Few certainly believed that Inter were doing well, like this one.
After winning the championship last year, due to various financial problems at the beginning of the season, they didn't help them to sign great players, they are having a fantastic season.

I agree with what you said both Bernardeschi and Kulusevski are good players but to replace Chiesa there is quite difficult and even impossible to replace him I think.

Inter Milan faced this season with less optimist by many supporter and fans because they loss three important player from Hakimi, Lukaku and Eriksen but they can talk more on Serie A until 20nd match and keep stay on first standing position. I think Inter Milan success build team although loss many player and they can get correct player can replace position left by Lukaku or Eriksen and Hakimi, I think Hakan Çalhanoğlu as most important new player for Inter Milan because he has top performance on midfielder and keep Inter playing well when attacking and defensive moment.
Inter managed to maintain its performance after AC Milan and Napoli experienced a decline in performance. Previously Napoli and Inter had managed to dominate Serie A without defeat, but they couldn't hold on to that record much longer when other teams like Inter, Juventus and Atalanta were able to do better.One of the best things about Inter at the moment is that they have Martinez who is in great form where he has scored 11 goals. Inter also have 2 assist creators who have so far each managed to make 7 assists. Otherwise in their five matches Inter have never lost. Of course these statistics make Inter more confident. But Atalanta are not a haphazard team Inter must remain vigilant. Atalanta is strong enough to even get this far in the top 5 which is an extraordinary achievement. Facing Inter is indeed a thing that is not easy to beat with a big score. Calhanoğlu has completely changed the inter midfield this season. He is indeed one of the players who is quite creative in midfield and I think Inter have brought in the right player. It was a big blow for Inter when he saw Ericksen couldn't continue his struggles there but Calhanoğlu was able to fill the void and even made Inter's midfield quite good and it can even be said that the most creative midfield in my opinion apart from Atalanta at this time is indeed Inter.
Federico Chiesa is an important loss for Juventus indeed. Maybe his statistics hasn't been very fascinating in this season until this point but he is still one of the biggest players of the team. Cagliari and Bologna had the same result in the previous two matches, it was a good result for both but it looks like Bologna at this moment have quite good power. Bologna managed to win away against Sassuolo with clean sheets, while Sassuolo are a mid-table team that sometimes surprises the top-ranked teams. Therefore, I personally seem to still choose Bologna to win in this match even though I also know that Cagliari are struggling to get out of the relegation zone which of course will still be a fierce match.

I have a bet on Cagliari, nothing big, just a feeling and I decided to follow! Yesterday's match was enough to silence Fiorentina on the pitch until they couldn't move at all. I also can't believe that Fiorentina usually have a way of getting out of the opposition's pressure. However, the quality of Torino last night was quite unpredictable by the Fiorentina players. Whereas in the standings Fiorentina is still above Torino. It's true that Fiorentina are not at an advantage.

IMO there is a difference between them and even if Cagliari manage to get the win against Sampdoria, it was against 10 men team. Of course, a win is always a win and welcomed but as you said Bologna is a better team and has the ability to get the win today. This is a great opportunity for them to climb more and be in 9th place.
Plus that the odds for Bologna winning are quite tempting (@2.65)...
