As some prediction, the draw result for Napoli vs Inter. It makes sense because they are great clubs all with consistent games previously.

Its the first time where i see inter in a game and they didn't deserve to win really poor performance especially in the first half, napoli players could've scored more than just that one goal, in the second half inter played a little better and luckily they scored the equalizer i think milan tomorrow have a high chance of getting the first position for the time being.

The Napoli Vs Inter match was a tough one. But, Inter were able to equalize the score after Dzeko made a goal 2 minutes into the second half. While, both teams played defensively through out the rest of the game.
However, tomorrow match seems like a good opportunity for Milan to take the lead on the standings. They are only 2 points behind Inter, if they probably wins tomorrow against Sampdoria, which am quite sure they will. Although, they shouldn't underrate Sampdoria, Milan have to play more carefully.

Well this is also a pretty good advantage for Milan because indirectly they are still wide open in overtaking Inter at the top especially with Inter's busy schedule and difficult opponents, this is a pretty good thing for Milan.
Talking for the 4th place and below, I think this will only see the struggle for that place and indeed there are 4 teams that are still likely to fill this place because Juventus are now on a good track but on the other hand there are lazio, Atalanta and Roma who could make a breakthrough next week

If there were no penalty kicks, maybe Inter could have won the game as Napoli led 1-0 in the early minutes through Lorenzo Insigne's penalty kick in the 7th minute.
and a pure Inter goal created by Edin Dzeko in the 47th minute from inside the penalty box made the score 1-1 until the game was over, and a draw kept both teams stuck in the previous standings.

both will be a threat to Milan, because if Milan wins the match against Samdoria later it is certain that he will lead Kalsmen which according to Samdoria is an easy opponent for Milan and at least win by a narrow score.

Both teams made a really decent effort and deserved to win the match at an equal rate. Napoli played much better home against Inter compared to their previous head-to-head in Giuseppe Meazza. Maybe the point gap didn't change but they didn't let Inter pull away more too. In case Milan win, the leader will change after so many weeks. But Inter can still take it back later if they win their match missing. In short, the competition is great now.

A fair result for this big match. I know Inter need a win to be able to secure the top spot from other competitors like Napoli and AC Milan, but Inter have failed in the last 2 matches where they can only collect 1 point. This will be very profitable for AC Milan who will have a great chance to take over the top position tomorrow if they can win.

I still doubt AC Milan even if they are really capable of winning tomorrow's game vs Samdoria. They have squandered good chances before to lead the table, but tomorrow's game has high hopes for them to do so perfectly. If Milan manages to win then Milan will lead, but Inter still has a chance to win it again because there is 1 match that has not been played (postponed). Eden Dzeko came to the rescue for inter Milan and it was a really crucial goal to spill the points between both teams, if Napoli had win they would have gone top of the serie A table, so it was an important draw for inter Milan especially, because they were behind in the first half and came back to draw.
