I think Mourinho can change his attitude so that he can adapt to some of the players at Roma so that no conflict was wanted in the past, I know Roma won't be spending that much money on players but somehow he has to be able to raise players to be better. nothing bad happens after being in Rome.

He can do it better. In Spurs, in his first press conference as a coach, he was very friendly and things were smooth for him and Spurs in first half of season. In Spurs, there are some great stars but in Roma, there are not great starts. Mourinho can build up a team like he did with FC Porto in early of his career.

Manager and coach are different. In modern football, what we usually see are coaches, not managers. In history, there are very few managers: Alex Ferguson and Arsene Wenger are managers.

Recent decades, coaches don't have decisions on player transfers because clubs nowadays have Sport directors. Managers have rights for tactics and transfers of clubs they are working for.

I agree with you, when Mou still has the tendency to build a club instantly like at Chelsea, MU, Madrid, then being coach of Roma will not be much different from when he was coach of Tottenham before. Roma are also classified as a mid club, which have never bought or sold players at fantastic prices. So, Mou's challenge to become Roma coach is to ensure that he can increase the potential of existing players and increase the solidity of the game. because to buy an expensive player, it looks like Roma will not be easily realized.

And I don't think that they will be able to make a comeback from a huge 6-2 score against Manchester Utd in the EL. So, Mourinho has really a lot of work to do next season. although Morinho will receive less salary in Rome than he received at Tottenham but Morinho has a pretty tough job to do to restore Rome to the Champions League, while for this season, Roma are ranked 7th in the Italian league standings and it is impossible to reach the top 4 the only way to get back to champions league next season is by winning the European league cup even though it also looks impossible but this can happen if AS Roma is able to beat Manchester United and score 3 goals without conceding at all, I think next season Morinho will be able to restore the glory of Rome because we know Morinho has a good experience to coach a team from Italy like what happened in Inter Milan in the past.

Mourinho is very experienced as a coach. He may not have been successful with the Tottenham team. I think Tottenham should have given another season chance to Mourinho. But I am happy to have Mourinho join the Roma team. The Roma team will be even stronger next season.
