Was too optimistic to have everyone available for Juventus in their game versus Atalanta.
Pirlo did the pregame press conference and He said "CR7 will not be called for the game he has a small muscular problem".

The king is off for next game/games
Without Ronaldo, I am skeptical of how well Juventus will be able to perform against Atlanta. Atalanta is not an easy opponent. If Juventus think Atalanta is an easy opponent, they will make a big mistake. And I wouldn't be surprised if Juventus lost against Atalanta.

Big news everyone SerieA will be open again for people at stadiums from the 1st of the following May.
The premier Mario Draghi chosen to open some activities since the curve is flatting out.

From the 1st of the next month, 1000 people will be allowed to going to stadiums and to watch games live.
I think this is a good solution but it is too risky since the vaccination is going slow here in Italy as the majority of Europe and IMHO we close again almost everything in the 3rd week of May.

Hospitals are still full of people we have a situation of 30%, what do you think it will happen when in 10 days a lot of things will be reopened with the UK variant as the Major variant in the Country?  Roll Eyes

Of course I am also happy to hear the news that the audience has been allowed to return to the stadium, even though it is only limited to around
1000 people in advance. But this is a good start, because if there is no courage to do so. Then we never know what will happen. It has to be
tested first, although I admit this is a risky decision. Due to the increasing spread of new variants of the corona virus, Moreover, I am sure that not
all residents have received the vaccine. But I agree that this has to be done, in order to know how it will turn out. Hopefully it doesn't make
the spread of the virus increase dramatically, I'm sure entering the stadium is also a mandatory health protocol. So it should be fine, moreover,
the number who enter the stadium is also limited.

Finally got to see the spectator at the stadium. 1000 supporters may seem a little, but this could be a good test in the midst of COVID. of course, it is too risky, but with a stadium capacity of more than 20 thousand, I am sure the officials can handle supporters in implementing distancing and health protocols. Life in Europe is much more disciplined (it seems) than the supporters in my country.

Yes, but they are reopening a lot of things while the risk is too high since the vaccines are in a very low % of the population.
I don't think it will last for a long time we need a 30% more vaccinated population to be in a safer spot, this is too early.

I'm not a doctor but knowing dudes here in Italy I will be surprised if they are not closing again around the 20th of May.

By that date, we should have 25% ish of the population vaccinated.

@masulum while spectators are a delight for fans like us who’re missing the spectators in the stands, but honestly it’s a dumb idea because covid is yet very much there. Furthermore even if people are vaccinated that doesn’t mean covid won’t come, covid can yet come and therefore Italian League is taking a very risky step by allowing fans back.

Today there are some quite difficult games to bet on:
  • The time for calculations is over. For Cagliari and Parma, which have two of the worst attacks in the tournament, the time has come to dare: a draw in this match would penalise both sides and make those ahead of them happy. It remains a match open to any kind of result, but there should be no shortage of goals - at least three overall. It is likely that more than one will be scored in the second half and, in any case, the number will be greater than in the first.
  • Fiorentina needs to conquer three points against Sassuolo but that is going to be very difficult. Fiorentina really risks to leave Serie A
  • Sampdoria and Verona looks like a draw, I do not see much action in this game.
  • Crotone is almost in Serie B, while Udinese will keep its spot in the top league. It is unlikely to be a close, locked-in match, but both sides could be entertaining with some goals. In all likelihood they will score at least one on each side.

Atalanta 14:00 Juventus

This will be a really huge game surely. Atalanta are in a better form now. But Juventus are 1 point ahead of Atalanta now. Their previous rendezvous ended 1-1. There is a huge battle for the 2nd place now (Milan - 63 pts, Juventus - 62 pts, Atalanta - 61 pts). So, it is very important for both teams. I've a feeling like Juventus won't lose this one.

My choices for betting on are "both teams to score" and "X2 double chance".

Yeah
I hope (really) Atalanta win Smiley for my fun of course!! I dont place any bet in this match, because in my opinion, is hard to estimate.
Football is strange, in rare case players getting crazy and do a beautiful game (and win) without any reason.

I am also not interested in betting on this match. Atlanta is a stable team. They have done well in the Champions League and also played well in the last two matches against Juventus and they have shared points on those two matches. It is difficult to predict which team will win. But I think the match will be a draw and Atlanta will be happy to share the points.

It looks like Milan has the easiest game during this weekend while both Juventus and Inter are playing away against difficult opponents.

I agree with it. Even though Ibrahimovic won't be able to play as he is suspended, I don't think they will have a problem on beating their easy opponent, Genoa. I assume Milan would definitely like to end the league as the 2nd in the worst case. And they should make a great effort to do it.

Maybe true, but I don't know if Genoa will be beaten as easily as imagined. AC Milan have dropped a few point in the last 5 match which put them under a bit of pressure from Juventus. Genoa will play against AC Milan in week 31, hoping AC Milan will win at home. If AC Milan fails to improve their game again, then I believe their current position will be seriously threatened.

Napoli has played great against Juventus. I was also impressed by their gameplay. I'm sorry they didn't win this match. They were not even able to score any more goals without penalty. No matter how well you play, if you can't score, the game is worthless. I think Napoli will also play well against Inter Milan. Hope the match will be enjoyable. But at the end of the match, Inter Milan will get 3 points.
I've always liked Juventus for their defense, they played great, which I can't say about their game this season. Yes, Napoli playd good, but the fact that they could not score from the game is the merit of Juventus, this is why I love Juventus.

This week Juventus will face Atalanta and I think that this match will be very difficult for Juventus, there may be a draw, but I have no confidence that Juventus will be able to win this match. Atalanta will be motivated because if she wins, she will be ahead of Juventus.

For me personally if Milan will fall from the top 4 spot I guess it will still be ok and it will just give them more time to actually improve their roster and bring in some more wonderkids to help for the next season and maybe be more consistent in the league table.
I don't think so at all, for a team that has been on top of the table for so long before relinquishing that position to inter Milan, things cannot get more worse for them if they fall out of the top four positions and subsequently out of the uefa champions league next season, the only consolation AC Milan can afford themselves is to finish in second position, at least, it could be some sort of motivation for them to go again next season and challenge for the title like they did this season.
After the reelection of the old Real Madrid president, we will see Zidane soon in Juve? and what about CR7 future there? Dunno what local press are talking in Italy.
I don't know if Pirlo will be given another season as manager of Juventus, but in my opinion, I think he should, Juve were pretty aware that he wasn't an established manager before signing him, and that he was always bound to struggle in his first few seasons, I think more time is what Pirlo needs, but if they are too fire him and replace him with Zidane, then it is also a great move for Juve, as for Ronaldo, I don't think too many clubs are at the moment interested in him, cause of his age, he could prolly stay in Juve for another season, especially if Zidane becomes manager.

If I'm not wrong in the last 4 games between Juve and Napoli, Napoli scored only by penalties.  Roll Eyes
Penalties are part of the game. The problem is in the past referee, sometimes, were not giving it when it was legit and vice versa but now with VAR it becomes worse!

Anyway for the 1st time of the season next game Juventus may have all players available  Shocked
More pressure so Wink
The essential part is to be fully ready and useful for the team.

With good result last match I think Napoli will make Inter Milan become difficult how to continue good record so far with win always, maybe Juventus and AC Milan hope more how to delay Inter Milan to celebrate with their first scudetto after last seven years always dominance by Juventus,

After playing against Juventus with a very good game, I even believe Napoli can add 3 points against Inter. It looks like Juventus have a very difficult time controlling the tempo of the game in the last match. The dominance of the match rests with Napoli, but luck is not yet on Napoli's side.
Moreover, the Big Match between Napoli and Inter will take place at the San Paolo, Napoli's level of confidence will increase to be able to beat Inter
