Napoli's appeal for the 3-0 Vs Juventus has been rejected and they have confirmed the 3-0 and the one point of penalization for them.

They will appeal one more time according to rumors.  Roll Eyes

Juventus was very lucky for this outcome : judging on their recent state of shape and the quality expressed in last matches I guess Napoli would have won that match.

Obviously one draw means nothing, Milan had one more like this before and they were still leading, they could even have one more and it would have been still not a huge deal. However what I think people are missing out is the situation in the league as a whole seems like it is not settled just yet.

For example, Sassuolo is second in the league with 15 points only trailing Milan with 2 points, this is the same team that ended the year 8th last season for example, not saying they can't be suddenly good this year, but I doubt they will end it at second place. However I think there is a big chance that many positions shifts very soon, it was early season and everyone had this momentum going in and they all got points accordingly however talent will overcome momentum and positions will change for sure.

The hacker spirit breaks any spell

That's right, Milan's draw with Verona is not a big deal...
Milan needs 1 or 2 games that make them 'damaged' to raise the spirit of the players. Milan is still the leader of the Italian league standings with 17 points and I still believe Milan will become the Italian league champion this season.

agree.. isnt bi deal
but we need to see recent Milan story.. a team devastated from selling fraud by Berlusconi and other not transparent actions
without stability and money .. every team go down and fall in disgracy

they now need to re-build all from fundaments

I do not think so, he will keep his word! I remember he used to be a sniper with penalties, maybe goalkeepers have studied him and now know very well how he behaves when shooting a penalty. If we consider his career he has an overall penalty accuracy of 84.69%
I did the math from https://www.transfermarkt.com/zlatan-ibrahimovic/elfmetertore/spieler/3455/saison_id//wettbewerb_id/#verschossen

Yeah seem like Milan has started to fall a bit and funny it coincided with me not having enough time to watch full matches. I still think Milan has a chance to take the title this year with some transfers in winter to strenghten the team. Also Verona is making it hard for a lot of big teams so this was not such a big surprise.

Ibra will probably kick the next too, we all know him if he decides to kick it, he will kick it.

Haha, exactly, he will keep to take a penalty kick as he wants.

At his age, he will probably do anything he can to score more goasl possible.

The more goals in his current age, it will add more story and history for Ibra. Also, maybe he have personal target for this season about how much goals he wants to created.

So much bored by Serie A during the last few days. Too many draws  Grin Milan still lead the standings, too bad Ibra missed yet another penalty: if I am not mistaken here, he missed the last 4 of 6. He said next time he will leave the burdain to Kessié.
Napoli had a nice comeback in the standings, while Juve had too many struggles with Lazio.

I agree even though AC Milan experienced a decline in performance against Verona, by playing draws. But I am still optimistic that AC Milan
can win the title this season. especially seeing the appearance of Juventus and Inter Milan, their performance is still worse than AC Milan.
There's a long way to go anyway, so AC Milan must be more careful to carry out every match well. Especially facing a weak team, their can't
lose concentration, like when against Verona conceding a goal in the early minutes of the match.

That is what Ibra said already, next time Kessié will be in charge of penalty kicks!
I do not see it as you see it, it is no big deal having left two points this time because they know that a big game is coming next. Milan will be playing against Napoli on Nov. 22 after the Nations League break.

I don't think it will never happen Cheesy.

If a team like Milan leave points with a team like Verona things aren’t looking good for them. They are still leading but this was a golden opportunity missed to extend the lead further. It is the third time if I am not mistaken that Ibra misses a penalty.I think they should let someone else to kick the penalties.

This match, Ibra still become a hero even he missed the penalty, at least, Unbeaten in Serie-A is continued  Grin
You are right. Milan is still good. I think they had eight kicks on goal for a total of thirty-four attempts. They just have no luck. Just look at their busy schedule then they are two goals behind and equalize the score. That's a very fair result. After this they have twelve days off before against Napoli, it's good to rest and I hope they will win because Napoli are a good team.

Verona is being mysterious team if they are faced AC Milan, I alway's can't predict the results, because they are always giving a different results.
here's a fun fact about Hellas Verona: since they started playing in the Serie A back in the late 50's, Hellas Verona have never been able to beat AC Milan at the San Siro [1]. Not even the Super Hellas Verona from the 70's and the 80's could win in that stadium.

Yesterday would've been a historic day for Hellas Verona, but unfortunately for them, Zlatan had other plans. I think this is one of the longest football curses in the Serie A, but don't quote me on that

Anyhoo,, I had a single bet in this match, took it Live: Under 15.5 corners, this pick was correct in every match Milan played this season.
As soon as Milan scored the 1-2, i knew my best lost 'cause i thought Milan were gonna go all-out attack to comeback and they were gonna get a bunch of corners. I stopped watching the match at 78' minute or so when they received the 14th corner, Verona had 1 corner so that was 15 corners in total, no way i was gonna win that bet...But, i found out earlier today that both teams didn't have a single corner in the last 10 min of the match, WTF? and obviously my bet won LOL *end of blog post*  Cheesy

I  can see that news  first appeard 5 days ago, and such punishment like relegation to Seria B  is a last resort, most likely they will have to pay a fine, or so..
Most surprising is poor form of Juventus, Ronaldo was exluded due to covid indeed, but anyway they have some good players and should be at least top 3.

Surprise... Lazio test done last week previous to the game against Juve will be tested again this time with Feds...

Today was supposed an audition with Lazio's Med but he skipped for "personal reasons"...
If they will find tampered with... they will even risk Serie B.

It is on the homepage of every Italian newspaper so it is not a fakenews.

I read earlier today an article about him missing three penalties until now and he is thinking seriously about stepping down from kicking it. I respect that. That penalty might changed the result and made them 4 points ahead of everyone.
