What are your calls for this weekend ties?

AC Milan ? - ? Sampdoria
Atalanta ? - ? Udinese
Lazio ? - ? Spezia
SSC Napoli ? - ? Crotone
Sassuolo ? - ? Roma
Torino ? - ? Juventus
Bologna ? - ? Inter

AC Milan -  Sampdoria
Atalanta -  Udinese => Draw
Lazio  -  Spezia
SSC Napoli  -  Crotone
Sassuolo  -  Roma => Draw
Torino  -  Juventus
Bologna  -  Inter

My predictions for these matches are like this. I expect Atalanta and Roma to lose points this week but the other favorites will not have problems on winning I think.

Bad news again.

Bonucci is now positive for COVID.
Meh this year is just a disaster.  Roll Eyes

With Juventus facing an injury crisis and as well as losing players to Covid once again this season; it has left AC Milan as the only team with enough depth to challenge inter Milan to the scudetto trophy this season. With Inter Milan at the top with 6 points and a game in hand; the title is riding in their luck.  Juventus meanwhile has to question the professionalism of their players in respect to their health; i suppose they have had the most covid cases of serie a teams this year. simply not good enough.

When the forwards are in good condition and are now changing, where at least 3 defenders cannot be played and of course this is an unfortunate thing. But yes, Juventus is a big team that should be able to overcome this, even though it is difficult to overtake Inter in the top position but at least Juventus must remain in the top 4 seeing the 3 teams below could overtake if Juventus continue to lose points.
The Italian championship is not so strong that Juventus would not get into the top four. Of course, the season for Juventus is not easy, covid made his own adjustments, but all teams faced this. I think that the main reason for this result is that Pirlo is a very young coach and he simply does not have enough experience to stand at the head of such a strong team.

When Inter or Napoli or Lazio (teams near the FIGC with people in the role of Vicepresident or equal) had 2 or more cases of COVID they managed to postpone the games.  Roll Eyes

Other teams always played with 2 4 or even 8 missing players, guess the only teams who did not?

It's bad news when a team lose an important player due to injury or a health absence. Juventus chance of winning SerieA this season are getting smaller because they are too far from Inter's point. 10 point more than Juventus make Inter Milan even more realistic to win the Scudetto this season. AC Milan lost a lot of point and so did Juventus. But these two teams will continue to be in the top 4 until the end of the season in my opinion.

There must still be some impact from this disaster with something positive that Covid-19 does not rule out the possibility of increasing even though it can be said that the Juve big team must be able to overcome this, the important thing is that what squad is needed is very ready to face the opponent.
away from the possibility of chasing Inter points in times of trouble as much as possible should be able to defend against the chase.

yeah.. agree!

but Juventus have a very big team!
it also has the youth teams which are still very strong

think of teams with small teams .. those are really in the poop

however it is a disaster, indeed this year they did not close the championship (mean serie a)

Good news.

Dybala maybe will be called for the game, it will like the 3rd time in the season.

Bad news.

Demiral is positive for Covid due to the national FIFA world cup games.
Tek maybe too is under tests.

the covid has changed many dynamics, it has changed many balances..
I don't know if it was good or bad
but it certainly made some teams with a small team weaker, unfortunately
big teams with money can easily replace those who get sick..

i hope this (covid) finish soon..

Who knows, AC Milan may be grateful that they are out of the Europa League. Their defence hasnt been the most spectacular this season but the squad is top heavy with quality strikers and high-impact forward players beaming with confidence and belief. For AC Milan, the next ten league games are all cup finals. How they end this season would play a very important role to determine how they kick-off the next.
Let's see, I think AC Milan still have problem with their midfielder and defense, next summer transfer they must be bring good defender and miedfielder since Hakan status still not clear, if he going out, so AC Milan will be find a players at least can play a role like him. On think i don't understand is, what is Mandzukic role  Grin

I have the same view on the problems at AC Milan, AC Milan's midfield and defense are very weak. In contrast to AC Milan's productive front lines,
therefore from that next season there is no other option for AC Milan to buy midfielders and defenders. Moreover, it is very likely that Hakan Calhanoglu
will indeed leave AC Milan and his replacement Ismael Bennacer does not have the same quality. Regarding Mario Mandzukic, he does not
contribute anything to AC Milan at the moment, especially since this player is prone to injury. In my opinion AC Milan was wrong by bringing
Mandzukic, but because of the free transfer, AC Milan did not lose too much.

When it comes to Juventus and Ronaldo. The main problem right now is not Ronaldo. The team is not functioning and it hasn't been set up in a way where its best players can show their quality. Agnelli is forgetting about the Juve roots and what his uncle and grandfather set up. Juventus MUST feature a strong core of Italian players who care for the club and bust their ass to carry it to new glories. They don't have it anymore. The team is made up of players from all over the world who care about their paychecks and Instagram posts.

The sooner Agnelli understands that the strategy of bringing in players like Ronaldo and Aguero is not going to change anything, the better it will be for the club.
I think it is a bit about Ronaldo, as in if they could get those kinds of players that would be better for them. I do not agree that better players doesn't mean better results, of course it means better results, but it will also have to be something that is fitting for the club as well. You could get Mbappe for a team that doesn't fit him very well and even he couldn't help you, build a team of greatest players and a bad tactic would ruin them all.

This is why it's both, so you gotta get good players but you gotta get good tactic to fit them all in the right place as well, it would only work perfectly like that, otherwise it is not going to work at all. Ronaldo fits right there, he is a great player, is he used properly? I do not know, I would like to think that he is used properly, but maybe there is another way he could be used that would help even more, that I do not know.

I am sure that Buffon won't consider leaving Juventus to join Milan. He is not happy with the playing time he got this season and he wants to either retire or join a team where he features regularly. Milan can't guarantee him a starting role.

According to Telelombardia.
In the event that Donnarumma does not renew his contract with Milan, an insane idea appears, which sees Buffon joining Milan, i think its possible that Buffon moves to Juventus’s rival Milan especially after he left the Bianconeri at first when he joined Parisien Side PSG.
I see lot of changes coming up for Juventus for the upcoming summer especially if they really fail to achieve something meaningful this season the league is slipped from them and possibility of not finishing in top 4 is still there also already out of UCL.

It'd be great to see Buffon at Milan. But I suppose he won't be the main goalkeeper in that situation and he shouldn't be.  Grin  In the case of Donnarumma leaves, I guess they will start immediately searching for a solid goalkeeper.

And when it comes to Juve, it looks like they could revolutionize the lineup this summer.

After the elimination of Milan from the EL competition, of course Milan will be able to focus more for the end of the season in the top four. However I personally believe Milan will return to compete in the UCL competition next season, and there is no need to worry about Milan being inconsistent because so far Milan are still looking good at least to maintain their position in the top four. So for the next match against Sampdoria I'm just sure Milan will win whatever the situation, considering Sampdoria when playing away from 14 matches and Sampdoria taking 7 defeats and vice versa about Milan, that's a good record for Milan.

Milan also have a good chance to catch up with Inter for the championship. There is a 6-point gap and Inter have one missing match. If Inter start struggling and Milan use that chance very well, things could change suddenly.

But like many people, I'm also aware of that Milan's job is very hard on this.
If Inter Milan does not lose form, then no matter what statistics you show, Inter Milan will win the title. AC Milan is just 6 points behind. And they have played more than 1 match than Inter Milan. If Inter Milan loses 3 matches, then AC Milan may touch Inter Milan in the points table. But AC Milan has to win all the matches. Inter Milan will play 11 more matches, I think they can lose in highest 2 matches.
