I watched the last couple of Juventus games live on TV. What surprised me is that they haven't been able to dominate their opponents as they did the last two seasons. In particular, I suspect that Christiano Ronald is performing significantly worse this season than the last two and that the entire Juventus gameplay is suffering as a result, because it is primarily designed for Christiano Ronaldo. I wonder if Ronaldo's underperformance can be traced back to the aftereffects of his Covid-19 infection. What do you mean?

~ snip ~

We are in the gambling section so predictions are welcome  Grin.
These are my feelings on what I can see.

Juventus is strong but is missing a player with 2 big balls in the mid of the field, also got very unlucky with COVID cases so far. They can recover but it will very hard.
Milan is weaker but they have a good spirit, reminds me of Leicester.

You are absolutely right that we are in the gambling discussion section, everyone is free to predict which team will have the chance to become
the scudetto. To be honest, my predictions are not much different from yours, I think Juventus will have a hard time becoming the Scudetto this
season. This does not mean that they beat AC Milan, giving Juventus a chance to become a Scudetto.

Because as long as AC Milan can consistently  win against other teams, Juventus will have a hard time catching up with AC Milan's points. Especially
in the next game AC Milan succeeded win against Torino, this proves AC Milan is back on track. And the defeat against Juventus for AC Milan is
already a calculated losses.

So you have made early prediction for the Scudetto and relegation while the league is not even reaching its half season. Coming up to the challenger of Milan, I do believe Juventus is still there and as we all know that it is a soccer league where anything may happen (even in the last few matches). I would say that the current top 5 teams are still on the right track for the Scudetto this season.

Inter is without Euro cups and they have nothing else than the Serie A, they are the big favorite with a strong position, a strong team, and 2 last big transfers windows.

For Torino, they had their worse season of the decade, players want to leave (like Belotti to Milan at the end of the season) to me they are a strong candidate for Serie B.

We are in the transfer window and everything can change but these are my feelings.

I think the challenger of Milan this year can be only Inter.
Torino will be relegated to Serie B next year.

I also completely do not understand why only Inter is included in the opponents to Milan, and Juventus on the contrary is excluded from the competition, when Juventus has just defeated Milan in full-time confrontation. All the more so, let's not forget Inter's not-so-successful finish last season, and history has the unpleasant property of sometimes repeating itself at the most inopportune moment.

I did not expect such an easy victory for Milan, already in the first half the game was closed, unfortunately Turin is really bad to watch, it is useless to change coach often if you don't buy players.
Now, as a Milan fan, I hope that Roma will win against Inter tomorrow and Milan will extend the standings and maybe even Sassuolo manages to stop Juventus, at least with a draw

The first half of the game already 2-0 for Milan over Torino.

Torino will be relegated to Serie B next year.

it's too early to say about the relegation for Torino. the gap between Torino's 19th place and 17th is only 2 points. before the match with Milan Torino didn't lose 4 matches in a row (1 win and 3 draws) so the performance of the team is improving.

And the match ended. Milan won the match very easily. I agree with you on Torino will be relegating from the league. They have been too bad so far and they still continue their awful performance. Belotti must be feeling bad about the condition of his team. He is a really good forward and I think it is time for him to leave the club and go to bigger clubs.

It is very possible that Torino will be thrown into Serie B next season because at this time they are still in the relegation zone. However, because the remaining season is still quite long, Torino still has a number of opportunities to improve so that they remain in Serie A.

I am happy to see AC Milan still appearing quite competitive in Serie A until now, even though the unbeaten record was broken by Juventus in the previous match. Currently 2 goals have come in the first half and they still have a chance to score more goals in the second half.

Atalanta is back on their winning streak, they are doing great lately.

Today Milan will play with Ibra back in the squad list even if I don't think he will start from the beginning of the game.
It should a very easy game for them versus a mediocre and in a bad moment Torino.

Milan are playing very dominantly now. Leao scored just now and Milan are 1-0 ahead. Ibrahimovic is in the subs but I think he can enter the game after 60th minute. I think this will be a very easy game for them.

Demiral is a beast, if they will both stay in Juventus, DeLigt - Demiral will be the best defense ever for Juventus, even better than Chiellini-Bonucci.

Demiral is indeed a beast cause it not easy for a player to do an excellent job as a defense and also in scoring goals but I read that he's unhappy this day playing at Juventus and possibly going to move to Tottenham although the news seems to be rumor but it will be a big loss for Juventus if the news is true.

After some hours we will see the match between Roma vs Ibra. I eagerly look forward to watching this match. A very competitive match. If Inter Milan wins today's match, they will get to the top of the table, while if Roma wins today's match, they will probably come in second place in the points table.

I watched Demiral play just a couple of times, both for club and country, but every time I watched him he was excellent. He has done his part in defense very good and still managed to be dangerous in opponents box from set pieces.
Demiral is a great talent, there is no doubt about that. But he is too raw and has a rough playing style. It has gotten him in trouble while featuring for Juventus more than once. He has caused a few penalties and got sent off. It’s all part of the learning curve, and that’s OK. I just wish he would play with his head a bit more instead of with his heart. His heart tells him to go for that sliding tackle and aggressive challenge, but if he listened to his heart, it would tell him that he has a yellow card and he should be careful.

I really can't see what will happen with Roma and Inter game, I want to wager on it but it is really not that easy to decide. I know Inter is the favorites, and I do not think they have a low chance, they are definitely a great team, they even have a chance at championship too, they are very close and many games left so they could even be champions, however we are talking about Roma here, I mean roma is third, only 3 points behind, they would literally be same points if Roma wins, so it is obvious that it is not really that easy to decide which team would win.

If it was Inter against any other team except Milan or Juventus, I would definitely put Inter there easily, but since it is Roma and they look head to head, I didn't know how to play. Anyone can see why one team would be more advantageous than the other team for any reason? Injuries? Cards? Anything?

Milan vs Torino

Milan coming after a defeat from Juventus that might affect them more than 1 game so I'm not so sure about a Milan victory today. However, if we closely look up they still have the edge against Torino who is only dangerous when Belotti is on the ball.

Torino, a good team in my opinion with a lot of bad luck in this current season so I won't be surprised if somehow they manage to score tonight or even take the draw. They're gameplay doesn't reflect on the current spot on Serie A.

Atalanta got a very easy win against Benevento away (4-1). They were insanely dominant in the match and got a deserved win. Atalanta increased their unbeaten streak to 7 matches (5W 2D). After this win, they went up to the 4th place. They had a very spectacular performance on their last 3 matches (They scored 12 goals and conceded 2).
