I really hope that Atalanta can secure the 3rd or 4th spot and qualify for the Champions League. They are such a fun team to watch and offensively very gifted. They also have a chance to secure the Coppa Italia so this can be a very successful season for them. I think they can proudly represent Italy in one of the European Cups for next season if the team stays intact.

Fiorentina is not that weak though, it's a close match i think, only 0-1 goal for Milan but win is a win congrats to Milan. With this win, Milan still has a chance to get a spot for the champions league. 3 Weeks left for Serie A and the fight for 2 last champions league spot is really interesting to see. Last games of AC Milan were unwatchable, i really love this team, but Gatusso should be fired after the season, cause this is mostly his fault in my opinion. He is a very good motivator, a footballer who have seen almost everything in football, but as a coach he won't give Milan a perspective to rebuild this club as a one of the worlds best team. They also need massive changes in their squad. Glad that they are still having chances for the CL because of money. I prefer Atalanta in CL that then, due to their more attractive style.
@Felisk99 I thought this season we will finally be seeing the real Ac Milan step up, and challenge for the title but no they just don’t seem to learn from their lessons. The analysis of Gatusso done by you is legit, and I’ll agree with you that he’s not the right coach for Ac Milan. What Ac Milan currently need is new players, and a new coach who can help them win titles.

I think Atalanta will be able to secure a spot, I'm not sure about AC Milan.
Despite the fact AC Milan that won against Bologna on Monday night, I'm still not convinced that will not slip into their mediocre performance we've seen in the last one and a half or two month.
They'll play against Fiorentina during next weekend in what could be a make or mar fixture, that'd determine if they can still keep fighting for CL spot ahead of next season.

The fight for the 3rd and 4th position in Serie A keeps getting interesting, AC Milan are now back in 5th position after winning against 9 men Bologna, As it stands Inter and Atalanta sit 3th and 4th respectively, both teams are just 4 and 3 points ahead of AC Milan with 3 matches left to play.

Indeed it would be interesting to see how Milan is going to react in this game. Bologna is a tricky opponent but as they don't have any goal now, they will play free and open thus it is a great opportunity for Milan to get the 3 points.
