If they are going to make ac milan be the top team again then first thing that they should have do is to bench entirely of their squad and let new players to take over their position, they could find better player in short time if they are intending to go all the way out howevwr Im not convinced yet with their statement

ac milan and other serie A teams are struggling to survive paying their debt without having a good income . thats why i think ac milan, inter milan, fiorentina , lazio and any other serie A clubs that did not win a trophy did not show a significant development as good as juventus in spending money in transfer window.

i can not see a bright future of serie A clubs except juventus. sad fact.

Yeah balotelli's career ruined because of his own with a life of luxury and does not care about his career so it is not the fault of ac milan and ac milan just trying to help him seeing by his old career when at inter milan.

Inter milan is not completely owned by chinese investor right now, eric thohir still owns 30% of intermilan's shares so he still has some influence. It seems his biggest mistake as the owner of the club is not giving away more moeny to fund the club, he has potential to turn the club into next real madrid

You should first know how the chinese think.
