Sampdoria has a goalless draw with Verona in the away game. Both teams did everything to win the game but there was no goal in the game. Milan passed the SPAL barrier at home. Penalty is the result of goals. The offensive players are effective in both teams. I look forward both sides goals.
I think its safe to say that AC Milan are officially out of the race for the scudetto this season. Two goals in the second half was enough to down them in a game where they failed to even have a single shot on goal. They are currently 6 points adrift of league leaders Juventus and Napoli and i really don't see how they will be able to recover from this.
I also wonder why AC Milan cannot compete at the top of the Serie A standings, whereas they have gained new owners and bring in some new players to strengthen their team this season. many say this may be a matter of adaptation of the players, but I do not think this is an excuse because a team and a coach are required to be able to solve problems in his team
They need to gel up as a team before they things will start to go on well for them. Their performances are really not that bad at all, I think it's unfair for anyone to say that they have to win the scudetto this season after all the amount they spent.Take a look at Everton after spending 150M Pounds the manager says that they are not in a race for the top four.

The two teams are incomparable, you can spend and have the luxury st Everton and talk because the EPL is super rich but AC Milan is a bigger club and have greater number of support base so it's no surprise he'll have a lot of pressure to deliver than at Everton who are just content placing 4th each season without the title.

Although Everton and AC Milan both spend a lot of money to buy a lot of players last summer, but the pressure on AC Milan will be greater than to Everton. As you've said, the name of AC Milan is bigger than Everton, so people will demand achievements and trophies to AC Milan, unlike Everton who each year only compete for the big 4 and never achieve it. AC Milan still need adaptation with the number of new players, they are still not consistent until now.

AC Milan is an example that big change takes a long time to produce a good thing. Again, AC Milan slipped and this time they lost to Sampdoria with a score of 2-0. This is the risk of making big changes, the adaptation is not so fast. AC Milan is far from consistent, they have not had a consistent game.

ac milan still not consistent
ac milan every match still not stable performance, before meet samdoria, 3 win and 1 lost, after lost big socre meet lazio, ac milan win big score in europa league, and then win meet udinese and promotin team, and now meet samdoria lost again

Ac Milan has changed so many players, it is practically a new team!
Ac Milan, however, must definitely return to champion's league next year otherwise this is a bankruptcy season.
I think Ac Milan can get in top four, the next two games against Roma and Inter will tell us whether they can fight to the end or have to focus on the Europa league win (as last year did Manchester United)

It's true that Montella making lots of changes trying to do a turn over is a reason for today's defeat, but, you have to give credits to Sampdoria. They played a really good game. Sampdoria was always a tough team on his home ground and it is very hard for big teams of italy to take 3 points from there. Even Juve face problems when they play them away. Playing that good against Milan that have many great players, without Patrick Shick their star last season who went to Roma, is something that you got to respect. I expect Inter, Napoli and Juve to drop points there.
I from the very beginning of the championship said that Milan in this season is not a competitor to Inter, Napoli and Juventus. The maximum place they can climb is the fourth.

behind the Zapata and Alvarez goals that led sampdoria to an absolute victory
not in the daze of a very compact sampdoria game and solid defense to be one of acmilan penjegal in mencetal goals,
and this is also proof that sampdoria is a team that should be considered in europe,
because they are capable of becoming a big team barrier,
maybe they can become one of the champion candidates in SERIE A

My prediction :

Sampdoria Vs AC Milan : sampdoria score
Inter Vs Genoa : home win and Icardi scores.
Verona Vs Lazio : away win.
Sassuolo Vs Bologna : under 4.5 goals.
Fiorentina Vs Atalanta : both teams score.

 - Good bets, pity for Icardi.

I do not understand what is happening to Milan, I was impressed with Montilla in the days of Fiorentina, but now it is surprising. We all know that Milan players are mostly new players, but this does not justify the bad way of playing. All that brings the ball to Milan plays a long ball to the end of Sampdoria. The Sampdoria team did not think that the Milan was dangerous to the opponent, but he did not succeed in paying one ball between the three pillars and do not recall the last time Milan failed to pay the goal

AC Milan performance to starting this season actually not really bad and indeed they were already lost against Sampdoria today but the league still very far to ended and with the current players i'm pretty sure still have any chance for Milan to increase the team performance although on the top 2 Napoli and Juventus seems playing pretty well for every matches

I really see no since in Genoa picking up two late red cards after Inter Milan scored in the dying minutes of the game, look he case of Stephane Omeonga for instance, he was red carded on the 90th minute for a professional foul being the last man, Inter Milan were already leading by then and it wasn't really necessary at all, a 1-0 loss and 2-0 loss is the same thing.

These are called nerves of the games and if you are passionate when playing football of course you will be very nervous when you get a late goal. Genoa is not a team who will fight for anything this year it looks so they don't care that much if they get 2 red cards or not. They wanted to halt Inter today but Inter is the best team in my opinion in these six games of Serie A yet with only 2 goals conceded and 1 taken with a penalty. This year Serie A is gonna be beautiful and not the always boring Serie A where Juventus wins it easily.

Yes, this has been their problem from that past seasons, and it seems it's not solved yet as they are losing points that they can't lose if they want to fight for top positions in Serie A. I guess the decision will be between Napoli and Juve as usual, but let's see if Inter and Lazio can have a word on this.

I am currently waiting to see how the game between Crotone and Benevento ends today, Crotone have just a single point in five games whiles Benevento have none at all. According to their head to head statistics, Crotone have beaten them three times and one ended with a draw. Maybe Benevento will pull a surprise and come out with their first win of the season today.
