I don't understand why all bookmakers pay to low for napoli win, not is sure 100%.

Although both milan and napoli has had few lost of their recent match however napoli was better overall since the start of the season until today, this proves that napoli is definitely better than milan in every aspect therefore the odds for Napoli to win is significantly lower than milan
