Lazio will lost their key player this summer Ciro Immobile and i think a bit shocked to know this news because Ciro Immobile is important player for this team especially for Lazio forward lines and he spend 8 years with Lazio before decide will not to extended his contract and leave this team however in Lazio Ciro Immobile has successfully to bringing this team to gets Italian Super Cup two times and 1 Coppa Italy and he is also known as the top scorer in Lazio history so he will be leaving Lazio as a legend

indeed in the last 1 year his performance is decline and he was unable to managed his consistency this because Ciro Immobile was quite often to gets the injured which make this season he only can able to scores 7 goals in Serie A but it didn't take long for him to find a new club because next season Ciro Immobile have been agree to playing at Turkish League with Besiktas and it says he will signing 2 years contract with this club and Ciro Immobile is even willing to lower his salary in order to join this club because according to the news he will only received 2 miilion per year
Such an active player as himself was suppose to play for big clubs like Bayern Munich even Madrid etc but he stayed put at Lazio, becoming one of the best strikers who I believe will never be forgotten. Going to the Turkish side Besiktas I don't think he will make much impact compare to how he played for Lazio and I was expecting a move to the Saudi since age is no longer on his side to give that performance to a club that wants to win a trophy and Besiktas isn't one of the best in the Turkish League, to me I don't really see anything positive in this move to Besiktas.
Ciro never really "wanted" to leave for a bigger club, I am sure he dreamed of it, but he would have to prove himself at bigger and bigger levels before he could move there, and he did not and he will be remembered as one of the best to do it at Lazio. In the end, his career still goes on, he will be in European competitions anyway, and maybe he will show the world that he still has it.

We are going to see them do fine, which should not be really a good or bad situation, it should be something that they could use him as best as they can with what they have. All in all, if we see him playing, like not benched or injured or tired, like actually see him playing, I feel like he will probably score a lot of goals in that league.

It seems Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is not going to leave Napoli. He was about to join Real Madrid in the first but they didn't send him any offer and then he was about to join Barcelona but they didn't have enough money to hire Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and then he would leave Napoli anyway that's why he started negotiations with PSG while we were still under contract with Napoli.
Now his agent said he is not going to leave anymore and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia will stay in Napoli and play there in the next season since Conte wants to have him in the team.

Surprisingly, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has decided to remain in Napoli. PSG will give him a more lucrative contract than Napoli and the French club will be featuring in the Champions League this season. Many players will not turn down such an offer from the rich Qatari-owned club. I don't know what Antonio Conte and Aurelio De Laurentiis have promised Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and his agent Mamuka Jugeli that is making the Georgian reject PSG. Maybe he would become the highest-paid player on the club which might be a good motivation. But there is nothing money and the opportunity to play in the Champions League cannot do. I suspect that Napoli might allow him to go if PSG increases the transfer fee. Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has never won the UCL, PSG might be a good platform to achieve that feat.

Antonio Conte has also come on to say he won't be leaving the club after discussing with the club president about it, he is happy to have him around. I believe he'll just be around the club this season and after this season he'll obviously find his way out. It's not just about qualifying for the Champions League Competition, can they win him the Champions League Competition? I'm my opinion, it's not enough, but I know he'll accept them if they was all out to get him.
They want him available for this season, with Victor Oshime leaving this season, Khivicha Kvaratskhelia would obviously be the highest paid player for Napoli... It's something they've been fighting for all along.

Rapheal Varane would be joining Como next week, I wonder who was in charge to convince him to swing that way. I always thought he would have wanted to join one of these club in Saudi Arabia but he has other plans. Good luck to him honestly. I'll miss watching him.

As I was expecting to see because of the good performance of Inzaghi in Inter Milan especially in the last two years they extended the contract of this coach to give him more time and get the team improved in the next years.
He extended his contract until 2026 and he will get 6.5 million euros per season which made Inzaghi the most expensive coach in Serie A.
However, Conte in Napoli gets a good amount of salary like Inzaghi.
So far Inzaghi had 158 games in Inter Milan and his performance was good enough to make them extend the contract of this coach for a longer time.

In fact, Simone Inzaghi never played for Inter during his football career and also, Simone Inzaghi had previously been at Lazio for quite a long time, retiring as a player at Lazio, and Simone Inzaghi also had the opportunity to become first head coach at Lazio. However, I don't remember or don't know what achievements Simone Inzaghi made when he was still head coach of Lazio at that time. Because at least, considering Simone Inzaghi's good results at Inter, I am curious whether Simone Inzaghi previously also had a record of success with Lazio or not.

But indeed, it would seem strange if Inter did not extend Simone Inzaghi's contract, because Simone Inzaghi still looks suitable to be Inter's head coach. Although, perhaps Simone Inzaghi still has to improve Inter's quality in the Champions League, because even though Inter can dominate Serie A, but Inter is still quite weak in the Champions League. By extending this contract, it will of course prove whether Simone Inzaghi will succeed in producing better results for Inter in the Champions League next season, or maybe he will only focus on fighting for the Scudetto.

Weeks ago, before Euro 2024, I read news that Kvaratskhelia was convinced by Conte and his project for a new season. The impressive performance in Euro 2024 with his national team helped his name to be known and wanted more. He can decide to stay with Napoli if he loves this club and wants to contribute more for them.

I see chance for Kvaratskhelia to succeed more with Napoli is very small and it's better for Kvaratskhelia if he leaves Napoli and join a bigger club even outside Italy. In Italy, I think a most promising destination for him is Inter Milan which managed to play well in Champions League recent seasons.

Napoli are still quite busy and they continue to bring in new players to strengthen the depth of their squad.

Antonio Conte seems to want to make Napoli successful again and therefore the owner must support him with requests for players needed by the club. I'm still curious about whether there will be a new midfielder that they will bring in later considering that Piotr Zieliński has already joined Inter.
Conte was a defensive midfielder as a player and as a coach, through his career in Italy to some clubs like Juventus, Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur, Inter Milan, he prioritizes defense before counter attack or attack. So signing with potential good defenders is not surprising movement from Conte and Napoli this summer.

Last season, Napoli had problems in many areas from attack to defense and even midfield and they are trying to fix it partially this summer. In their defense, Di Lorenzo had problems too with his bad performances for Italy in Euro 2024.

I don't think so, now we shouldn't compare in the domestic league, that's not fair but compare the performance and achievements of the team in the Champions League in the last few seasons and it is clear that PSG is much better than Napoli so the decision to move to PSG is a step forward for development career Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.
Besides, Napoli under Conte won't necessarily be successful, so don't overdo it.
The assessment must be one way in order to see clearer results, but if we compare the two teams in the domestic league, of course there are many differences that can be seen because Serie A and Ligue 1 are two very different leagues at the moment. But in terms of the Champions League, of course PSG has always been successful in getting there even though they didn't succeed in becoming the champion team there and will still try to get there next season. And in terms of a career at PSG, it obviously won't be bad enough for those who are still not old because the players who are old and also have enough experience will be much better off being on a winning team. Not the team that can't win even though they enter the Champions League every season.
If you want to compare then it will be difficult. I had this thought, if Paris saint Germain were in Serie A would they be able to dominate like they did in Ligue 1? and conversely, if Napoli were in Ligue 1, would Napoli be able to dominate like Paris Saint Germain did? This is a question that cannot be answered, because it is impossible for us to see them in a different league like the scenario I am asking about.
Regarding the Champions League, Paris Saint Germain has more experience than Napoli. They can do that because they can always dominate Ligue 1, so that every season they are guaranteed to be in the Champions League. Meanwhile, Napoli have to work hard to be in the Champions League, because the competition in Serie A is more complicated than that experienced by Paris Saint Germain.
Paris Saint Germain's highest achievement in the Champions League was as runners up in the 2019/202 season, while I don't have any record of Napoli's highest achievement in the Champions League.

Napoli are still quite busy and they continue to bring in new players to strengthen the depth of their squad. This time, Napoli signed Torino's central defender, Alessandro Buongiorno, on a five-year contract. It feels like Napoli still want to correct their mistakes from last season, especially since Kim Min Jae left, who joined Bayern Munich last season, making their defense quite weak.

Antonio Conte seems to want to make Napoli successful again and therefore the owner must support him with requests for players needed by the club. I'm still curious about whether there will be a new midfielder that they will bring in later considering that Piotr Zieliński has already joined Inter.
Conte is starting to continue to strengthen their defense now because last season Napoli had a very fragile defense and was among the top 10 teams that conceded the most goals along with Milan, letting go of Kim Min Jae was a big mistake from Napoli because his departure to Bayern Munich at that time left a very big hole and made Napoli defense very easy to exploit by any of their opponents last season, the arrival of Alessandro Buongiorno will make Napoli defense better but I think they also have to think about the midfield which didn't make much of a contribution last season, now Alessandro Buongiorno will soon Joined the Napoli squad for a pre-season match.
Napoli are very aware of the potential that Alessandro Buongiorno currently has, so they dare to give him a long-term contract to ensure he stays at Napoli in the future, besides, it wouldn't be Napoli  if they didn't protect their players with a fairly high release clause so far, it seems like now, Napoli have immediately locked up Alessandro Buongiorno with a release clause of 70 million euros.

Yeah, this is what I've been waiting for, a new contract for Simeone Inzaghi. He deserves it. He has changed Intermilan a lot. Again, Simeone Inzaghi helped them get out of the financial crisis too.

Intermilan has recorded a new record on their revenue under Simone Inzaghi.

It's not just stopping there. Simeone Inzaghi helped Inter Milan be stable. They never finished outside the top 3. This shows how big Inzaghi's influence was on Inter Milan.

Nerazzuri made the right decision. They gave Simeone Inzaghi a lucrative contract to stay for more seasons.

Inzaghi achieved a lot with Inter Milan. He deserves it all. Kudos to Inter Milan for extending him.

People are talking about Ciro Immobile's departure recently. However I don't think it is a big deal. Because his performance in the recent years is just horrible. 12 goals in the 22/23 season and only 7 goals in the previous one.  Sad

He has aged of course, 34 years old now. But he seems like he isn't competitive anymore as well. Because if he was I'm pretty sure his goal statistics would be way better than this. Just look at Benzema. He won a Ballon d'Or at the same age with Immobile.  Smiley  Considering that Immobile also won a Golden Shoe three years ago, he is also normally a very good scorer. I hope he plays better in the Turkish league from now on.

In as much as he is one of the best for Lazio I too don't really see any need for his departure from the Lazio side, he should have retired with the club. Going to Besiktas is like a retirement move and like I said earlier he should have gone to the Saudi to be with some other big names that played in Europe. At 34 he can't make any difference in the Besiktas side because the force he had as of then when he was banging goals isn't the same now, and to top it all I don't think he'll be a starter with only 2 years contract.
Benzema was playing for the right club so his achievement as the former Ballon d'Or winner is one of his greatest individual award compared to Immobile's. He (Immobile) dedicated many years to Lazio and he got the results he had, he should have left when he was still on fire to get goals and join a competitive club to win something more better than the Golden Boot.
I agree with you that it is better to be a legend of the club, because at 34 years old you are already quite mature and even at that age it will be difficult to compete, because stamina when you reach that age often experiences fatigue when playing and your physical condition will decline.  On the other hand, the club cannot force it if rumors of Ciro Immobile's move to Beksitas really happen because every player has their own challenges, so if he wants to look for a more challenging experience, there's no harm in providing support for him at his new club.  if the rumors are true.

I believe the club can force him to stay that's if the move hasn't been confirmed yet, they can because as a big player for the Lazio side they can say let him remain at the club and help out in anyway he can maybe they could hand him a position at the club (after retiring), I like it when old players of a club go back to render their services to the club just like what Zlatan Ibrahimović did so for Immobile that's what he should have done. At the Turkish League not much is expected of him so I still don't think that move if possible is even worth it, if you talk of more challenges I believe the Serie A is still hotter than the Turkish League but only thing you say is that Immobile want a change of environment.

Of course going to PSG would have being the best for him because he will have the chance to play in Champion League all the time but that does not mean that he will have the chance of winning UCL because when PSG had the players which are Messi, Mbappe and Neymar PSG was unable to win UCL. Only Khvicha Kvaratskhelia will not be able to make PSG win UCL. Napoli is a good club and maybe he wants to play under Conte and hope that Napoli will qualify for UCL next two seasons so that he can display his potential for another big club to buy him but not PSG.

I never insinuated that only Khvicha Kvaratskhelia will make PSG win the UEFA Champions League. My point is that every player's dream is to win the UCL and PSG which has already qualified will grant the Georgian a better opportunity to win the title. If he remains in Napoli, they would have to struggle to get to the top four position and there is no guarantee that they can achieve it. In the last UCL competition, PSG was knocked out in the semi-finals while Napoli left in the second round. This shows that in terms of quality, the French side has a better squad. Qatar Sports Investments can put in more money in signing quality players than Aurelio De Laurentiis. Luis Enrique is already used to the PSG team while Antonio Conte will have to build the Napoli team from the foundation. If you take a look at these facts, it will be clear that Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has a better chance of winning the UCL in PSG than Napoli. The belief that Antonio Conte will make the club successful seems to be overestimated because he is not a magician.

Como FC seems very active this summer to gets new players because after gets Andrea Belotti from AS Roma they will officially will gets Pepe Reina from Villarreal and after his contract ended with Villarreal this season Pepe Reina have no club and Como is interesting want to used his service however we all know Pepe Reina is not young anymore because currently he is 42 years old but until now Pepe Reina still active as a player and he have no plan will be retired  even continue his career with Como

Some people called this is wasteful transfer because as goalkeeper Pepe Reina has been passed his prime but Como is still believe with his experience Pepe Reina can help Como to survive in Serie A and besides Pepe Reina and Andrea Belotti it says Como has been bought at least 5 players this summer and the names such as Matthias Braunoder, Alberto Dossena, Marco Curto, Ben Lhassine Kone and Gabriel Strefezza has officially became an Como new players but they hasn't stopped to buy the players because Como still attempts to convince Raphael Varane to joining with them and from these behaviour i can see Como is really have ambition want to survive in Serie A

Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is Napoli's best player and the team will not allow him to go easily, Napoli depends on the player every season because he helps the team, and even when Napoli's performance is not good throughout this season he still helps the team and that is why even the president of the team doesn’t want him to leave any time soon, he is the play that has a higher salary in the team and the team will do more for him to stay, although he said it that he wants to play for Real Madrid because of his idol which is Ronaldo and Real Madrid is his childhood team but Real Madrid will not come for him because Madrid has players who are more better than him and Barcelona can not sign.

I also heard that PSG came for him and Victor Osimhen the Napoli striker, but Napoli doesn’t want to sell them, they can afford Osimhen because I’m very sure that Osimhen is leaving Napoli this summer, but for Kvaratskhelia I don’t think any team can buy him from Napoli, I also heard rumors about the player dad he wants the boy to leave Napoli but the and the manager are still in a talk that they want the player to stay, my opinion is that the player should stay because no any other club that he will want to go that he will be starting for them.
