I dont think that this kind of match will have many goals. Especially this match will be a "must win" match for both teams. Juve must win the match if they still want to compete for the scudetto and Inter want to win this match as well because they want to keep their position. IMO this condition will lead to a slow play/defensive play for both teams.
The odds for over 2.5goals is 2.1 and under 2.5goals is 1.66, so it means that to bet on over 2.5goals is a bit risky.
