I agree with you that Inter Milan will have difficulties next season, therefore the big clubs will strengthen their lines, not only Juventus, AC Milan and As Roma, even Bologna and Atalanta, Napoli will also strengthen their attack and their defense, to be honest, I  I can't wait for next season for the Serie A League which I think will be interesting to watch, even though we know that these three clubs are eternal rivals which never get better, in fact they always get worse for these three clubs, especially if you look at the rivalry between Juventus and Inter  Milan is always a tough match for both of them when a derby occurs.

Well, Intermilan, the champion of the past season, will have the best chemistry in the next season, hence I have a quite different view on this. Again, IMO, hiring fresh players is part of the process of enhancing your squad, but it can go either right or wrong.

Finally, Intermilan is still most likely to defend their title last-wise. Although their rivals are strengthening their teams by bringing so many fresh talents. 

The new talents hired by those teams may go either good or bad, and they need to rebuild their chemistry from scratch again. 

I still believe intermilan will defend their title.

Massimiliano Allegri and Luciano Spalleti was the main coaches that fought really hard to elevates their perspective elite club but I think their time didn't match with the requirable condition of the current club. Juventus and Napoli won the scudetto in previous season but what's happening now because they've completely missed out on such amazing competitive runs.

Based on what we saw in this season that made Inter to embraced the Italian league title, I don't think such opportunity will be there for them again next season, because many teams are planning to invite some new potential players into their team to challenge Inter. Juventus, AC Milan and Roma are seriously working to sign in potential players, I think they will be able to get those players in this season and it will be very easy for AC and Juventus to challenge Inter, because they performed very well last season to ended the season in second and third position. I know that next season will going to be a tough tournament, and it will be difficult for the tournament to end up for the favour of Inter next season.

Yes, I also believe that Napoli will rediscover the key that was lost previously and that key is only with Antonio Conte who will later help Napoli to win back the Scudetto like when they were with Spalletti but I have doubts in my mind whether Napoli can keep Conte if in the future in the first season experienced a bit of failure?
This question is always in my mind because doubts like this will definitely be experienced by most Napoli supporters who have witnessed Napoli's bad last season. I also agree that Napoli should at least get new, more reliable players in defense because last season they conceded in large numbers and in the midfield there will probably still be changes but there is no confirmation at this time who the new players Napoli will recruit.

It would absolutely be very dumb decision from Inter if they do not give Dumfries a contract extension. He makes the defense of the team a lot stronger. There is a reason why Inter has conceded the least amount of goals in this season. It was the defensive line of the team. And Dumfries was a big reason for that. So it will be kind of a stupid decision if they do not want to keep one of the strongest players of the defensive line in the squad.

By the way, I am pretty sure that there is nothing to worry about and they are most probably going to offer him a new contract. If they don’t for some reason, you know, there will be a lot of clubs who will be looking for him.
