This is the right decision, Allegri can no longer make Juventus better and for several seasons there has been no progress and it is appropriate for Juventus management to take this decision.
And Thiago Motta is a quite quality coach, what he showed last season with Bologna is clear proof and I am sure Thiago Motta will create a new era with Juventus that is much brighter.

Nowadays it is much different, Juventus has quite capable player material in the squad and that makes it easier for Thiago Motta to produce even better performance, especially if it is fully supported by management to recruit several quality players that Thiago Motta wants, I am sure Thiago Motta can make Juventus develop even further.

Even though Juventus were able to finish in a fairly good ranking, to be honest, their performance was not optimal, even though they certainly showed their maximum performance. but maybe it's because Allegri doesn't get along with Juventus, so they haven't found the best point in their performance. with the arrival of Thiago Motta I hope that Juventus can return to their best performance which is quite very good, also Thiago Motta is a quality coach so there is a possibility that Juventus can recover and be ready to compete better either because of new players who are directors or because of their upbringing. Thiago Motta, who indeed succeeded in making Juventus recover and perform brilliantly.

What you say is correct, indeed Juventus already has enough players in its squad, with this I hope that their adaptation to each other can go well so that they can find their best point in training and show it in future matches.

well they will certainly do everything to develop a team with the determination that has a great desire to win, for me it is enough to look at the transfer market, one of the most eligible names is that of Chiesa who previously said he was interested in Napoli but now no longer, omorodion he's someone who could go to Roma, the club likes him a lot so I think they want to invest something, and there are also many good names

his strength, I mean De Rossi, is that he is a very strong person in character and very tough, he doesnt let himself be discouraged or intimidated by the results
at the time he was also an excellent midfielder for the national team, so he is not exactly someone who comes out of nowhere, in fact he has a story behind him
De Rossi walked into a shitstorm at Roma, right? But he didn't just survive; he kicked ass and delivered. Not bad for a rookie coach, huh? Sure, the pressure got to him a bit, but Roma's like a pressure cooker for any manager. The fact they're keeping him on says they see something special. Next season? This is where it gets interesting. De Rossi gets to build his own team, play his own style. If he can channel that same balls-out energy he had as a player, Roma could be a serious contender for the Champions League spots. Mourinho couldn't pull it off, but De Rossi might just have the stones to make it happen

This is fantastic news for all of Interisti. Following a lengthy debate and negotiation between L Martínez and Intermilan's attorney about the new salary, L Martínez will receive his new salary in contract extension asap. Finally, Lautaro Martinez has reached an agreement with Intermilan to sign a contract extension. This is extremely fantastic news.
Intermilan's captain and striker will remain with the team for an extended period of time. Lautaro Martínez does not appear want to leave serie A anytime soon. Lautaro is always eager to join in any projects led by Simeone Inzaghi.

L Martinez has struck a final agreement with Intermilan. I anticipate interimlan to make the announcement as soon as possible. Many people speculated about him leaving Intermilan. This is completely false.
This also confirms that all of the reports regarding him leaving Intermilan were not accurate.

Lukaku has been loaned out a few times already, Chelsea is aware that if they loan him up again, they are not going to make a dime off him. If Napoli really wants him, then the price could be very cheap, plus they have Osimhen at the same place, which means that they can sell Osimhen, for 5 times the amount of money that would take to get Lukaku.

So, if I was Napoli right now, I would try to sell Osimhen for about 80 to 100 million euros, if they can do that, then I would offer about 20 million to chelsea for Lukaku. Doesn't mean that they can sell Osimhen for that much, nor it means they can get Lukaku for that cheap, but that would be my starting point and see if I can do anything like that, would work very well for them.

Lukaku's contract with Chelsea must be coming to an end in one or two years. Chelsea obviously wants to get rid of him quickly. They signed him back for like 113 million euros years ago. Now there is no way to sell him at a value near that. But still it would be better than losing him on free agent like you also said.  Smiley

Roma might be interested in making the deal permanent. On the other hand Napoli is also interested yeah. If they agree on terms with Chelsea I have no doubt about Lukaku to sign for Napoli either. Lukaku likes Conte and vice versa.

Folks, Serie A is becoming fascinating! Roma and Napoli, they're shaking things up with new coaches. Love it! An energy and a vision are constantly brought about by fresh leadership. Naturally, they will want players that complement their style to be there. Thats smart, thats how you build a winning team.

The issue is, though, will they be spending a lot? Do they have the cash to bring in the big names? Or are they gonna get creative, find some hidden gems? We'll see. Serie A is heating up, that much is clear. Next season? Things are going to get crazy.

For this season 2023/24 AS Roma only spent 19 million to bring in players while they got 83 Million when releasing some players meaning they are more focused on finding funds than looking for talented players well I think this season the situation is still the same because, they have not managed to record impressive achievements. On the Napoli side, in the last transfer window they spent 126 million and got 101 million meaning Napoli are more active in the transfer window but for this transfer window they have only brought in one player on a free transfer, is this an indication that Napoli will not spend a lot of money in this transfer window? even though several sources say that Napoli will compete at the top of the standings next season.

Building a squad with young players is always going to be something that might not bring in the result that you want. Building a squad with good experienced players makes with some young talent is always going to have a better chance of bringing in good results. There is a reason why it is hard for a lot of teams to compete with having young players in the whole squad against the experienced and good squad. There is a chance that De Rossi will be able to bring good results with a young squad. But that is going to take time. Roma will have to be patient. And even after that, there is no certainty that the young squad will be able to bring in good results consistently if he is able to build one in the first place.

De Rossi has little experience. But he is hardworking. Whether De Rossi will be able to strengthen the Roma squad remains to be seen. After De Rossi took charge of Roma, we saw a consistent performance by the Roma team. But gradually we saw the deterioration of Roma's performance. The Roma team did not perform well in the last matches of the season.

Roma management is not interested in spending big sums to strengthen the squad. They spend very little money on buying players. So De Rossi will not be able to build his squad with players of his choice. So nothing can be said for sure whether we will see a consistent performance from Roma next season.

I see Rome as if not having big ambitions to master Serie A, it should have been after firing Mourinho Management must be able to find a replacement figure that is more powerful than Mou. So it can be concluded that indeed Giallorossi does not have big ambitions, so it's not surprising when they still choose De Rossi as a coach to navigate next season.
Mourinho's dismissal at that time certainly caused a lot of controversy that occurred, many Roma fans regretted the dismissal because indeed the fault lay not because of Roma poor performance under Mourinho care, but reportedly Mourinho dismissal at that time was based on a bad relationship between Mourinho and also the owner of the club at that time, Roma poor performance was certainly also based on the reluctance of the owner of Roma at that time who did not want to meet the request Mourinho to lower the budget he asked to strengthen the squad, but the owner of the club refused and instead advised Mourinho to rely on loan players  and actually made Mourinho very angry.

At the beginning of de rossi coaching, of course, Roma performance began to improve but unfortunately Roma seemed stronger when facing small teams, but actually had a poor performance when they met a big team, currently de Rossi has officially handled the team and he is required to be able to bring Roma even better next season, but so far I have not heard any rumors saying that Roma will support de rossi with enough funds in building squad, so I think maybe De Rossi also has to work hard to be able to optimize the squad they have at the moment

let`s say that he has little recent experience as a coach but he has a lot of experience as a player and so let`s say he is not a person unfamiliar with football and its dynamics
the players/coaches in my opinion are the best, they have a different vision from those who do not play football on the field and also over many years they have absorbed the strategies
A coach who has been a player in the past and has also been trained by several reliable and experienced coaches will certainly be very different from a player who has only been trained by one or two coaches in the past. A close example that we can see for something like that is in Xabi Alonso who used to be a talented player and has now also become a pretty perfect coach. Apart from that, we can also compare him with other coaches who have coached big teams, such as Xavi Hernandez, who in his last season did not win any trophies for Barcelona.
I agree with you, that a coach who was previously a player will gain a lot of experience and lessons from the coach who was once their coach. More or less they will absorb what the coach does and they try to apply and combine it with the strategies they have. This is an advantage for them, especially if they get experience from a very good trainer.
Even a translator if they can seriously study then they will become a great trainer, like I don't have to say who I mean. Lol, because I'm sure if we follow football then we will know the answer.
Xabi Alonso is a real example of how a player can become a reliable coach. Xabi Alonso is also very lucky because he is in a big team like Bayern Munich and Real Madrid so he is handled by a well-known coach too. I also think that he adopted the coaching style of the coach who worked with him.

It would not be an exaggeration to call De Rossi a warrior spirit. De Rossi was a player I liked and now he has become a promising coach. I am sure that Daniele De Rossi will have more successful years in Rome. He may even become Italy coach in the future. Football will get better with promising coaches like Motta, De Rossi, Xabi and Xavi.
Yes, De Rossi showed good development when he was appointed as AS Roma coach, he could add a new color to AS Roma's game this season, therefore he was retained by management to return to manage AS Roma next season. He brought change to AS Roma's game, players who previously could not show a good game, under his coaching slowly the players were able to perform well, especially in the midfield and front line.

Of course it is a good process that he can show so I also think he deserves to be given a chance by AS Roma. Next season will be a challenge for him to be able to show something even better, because at the start of his coaching he was actually appointed to be an interim coach after AS Roma fired Jose Mourinho. However, it turned out that this was an opportunity for him to be able to show that he was indeed worthy and that AS Roma was not wrong in appointing him as coach.
De Rossi's success with AS Roma is a very big experience for De Rossi who had his first success when he served as head coach with Roma and with positive results like this can increase the coach's ambition to continue to provide improved performance and has plans to won trophies in several other competitions.
Yes, maybe there is a reason Roma is keeping De Rossi because he is one of the coaches who is worth keeping in the hope of being able to provide even more in the coming season.

Yes, the coming season will indeed be a very challenging season, but at least Roma will not limit De Rossi from bringing in at least a few new players to recruit, because this is very influential.
Roma is currently experiencing a bit of financial problems so management often restricts coaches from bringing in players at higher prices and this happened when Jose Mourinho was coach at Roma so he couldn't do anything.
Once Roma can give De Rossi a little freedom to bring in new players, Roma will definitely have even better results.

When De Rossi's appearance was quite or maybe very doubtful, but after going through several matches in fact De Rossi managed to make AS Roma get good results. But unfortunately, although De Rossi succeeded in the first few matches, but as time went by and the pressure continued to increase, in fact De Rossi also failed to make AS Roma consistent. But indeed, because De Rossi will be retained as AS Roma manager, then of course De Rossi will build a team according to his wishes in the transfer window later. Therefore, it is possible that next season AS Roma will be a team that can compete strongly in the competition in the top four. Because in the Mourinho era also the fact that AS Roma still cannot compete strongly in the top four and maybe, De Rossi will be able to do it next season.

De Rossi is actually quite a talented coach. Because he was immediately able to adapt to the club. Because it is actually very difficult to continue a squad that has been built by someone else. Because the new coach must understand what the old coach actually built. But De Rossi was able to adapt immediately and it was as if he had built the squad from the start.

And I also watched the Roma vs Milan friendly match at the end of May. and I saw that Roma was really quite convincing in that match. And yes Roma also won with a score of 5-2. Even though winning in that match doesn't mean anything. But still, we can see a good strategy trial in this match. And we will also see some illustrations of how the coach is building strategies to prepare for the next season. If Roma has large funds in the transfer market then perhaps Roma could become a club that will become stronger in De Rossi's hands. but with limited funds at the club. Maybe De Rossi can only maximize what he can get.

This analogy may not really be complete and for me it doesn't sit well because there are coaches who were never players but did well regardless, Mourinho was one of the best coaches in his prime put i doubt if he had a good player experience history to his name, this things has got a whole lot of relatively attached to it, there are coaches with playing experience out there who still doesn't have a good coaching record so far an example will be with Rooney who played long in Manchester united but has not gotten a good coaching career record.

Most times I see it as a more of personal ambitious drive that gets some coaches good results regardless of their initial background either as a player before or never as a player, some coaches naturally have this winning mentality coupled with their passion a d drive to get a very good career in football and all of this put together always makes them stand out amongst their pairs and it has almost little to nothing to do with their background except in few cases. The dynamics of football is something almost every coach who's keen to achieving a good coaching career can get on and become as good as they should be.

Yea, as a former player who has football experience is the reason why he is given another opportunity to prove himself worthy to be the coach of Roma, and no one will write him off. He tried when the took over the club from Mourinho but he could not continue with such performance till the end of the season.

Next season is there for him to build the strong and improve their performance in order for them to finish in first 4, so that they can be in the Champions League. If Roma continues playing only in Europa, it means that the club performance is not improving. De Rossi is young and will gain more experience along the line while coaching, which I know that he has also learnt from this past season.

Allegri was not lucky enough like Ten Hag because Ten Hag, who failed to bring Manchester United to the best ranking in the EPL this season, was instead retained even though he had brought Manchester United to the FA Cup trophy, this is similar to Allegri where he failed to bring Juventus to the top. top of the standings this season because he didn't appear consistently so he only managed to get the Coppa Italia trophy, but Allegri's fate cannot be tolerated and he has to leave Juventus, hopefully Thiago Motta can quickly adapt to all the squad players at Juventus.

The competition next season will definitely be difficult and Thiago Motta has been entrusted with being Allegri's replacement. I am also a little tired of seeing Juventus' game under Allegri. Hopefully Thiago Motta can provide a different game next season, especially since Juventus will play in European competitions. Like UCL, of course they also need financial support to get new players to fill their main squad so they can compete and at least be productive enough.
This is the right decision, Allegri can no longer make Juventus better and for several seasons there has been no progress and it is appropriate for Juventus management to take this decision.
