It's interesting that a young player like Kvaratskhelia is not crazy about money, because at his young age, I think it would be better to play with a bigger team financially. Conte is indeed planning to bring in Lukaku but Napoli has not prepared a budget to bring him in permanently so they make an offer through the loan option, unfortunately Chelsea did not respond to any offers except to take him permanently. On the other hand, AC Milan is reportedly also interested in bringing in Lukaku but I doubt if Chelsea will let him go for less than 30 million while AC Milan also has financial problems as you said. Apart from that, Lukaku's age is also a consideration I mean teams from Serie A don't want to take risks by bringing in old players at high prices. If the release clause is around 15-20 million maybe some clubs can consider it, that is a decent value for a player who is 31 years old.

We are all aware of the records and reputation conte has made for himself before now and the fact that Napoli too was once a very successful team in the Italian league which means been in that hands of a good coach, we should have almost no doubts about how much they can achieve this season even if we know they had a very bad shape in the previous season that just ended. Yes, of course Antonio Conte needs a little time to build chemistry with the Napoli players and I'm sure Antonio Conte won't need much time to get close to the Napoli players because he has often been a coach at Serie A clubs and of course he will find it easier to provide strategies right for the Napoli players.

80 million pounds is a good price for him because if Napoli decided to increase it more it may likely take more longer time to see a buyer because one of things most clubs normally consider is that with such amounts of money they could easily use it to get more smaller players from the Academy and with time they will surely improve because that's one of the things Arsenal normally do, most of there young players that's currently doing very well now started the same way and sometimes that's actually even one of the best strategy buying some smaller players from the Academy and converting them to a better players and selling them on a higher price.

Though Osimhen is a very bright player that would really impact positively on the Arsenal team if giving the opportunity to join them, but sometimes the reason why clubs put there players on a very higher price is simply because they are not ready for the player to leave the team, but whichever way if a club really want hhim they will surely come for him no matter the price tag.

Everything depends on the decision of the club President, De Laurentiis, how patient the President is to see Napoli proceed with Conte, although we know Conte has good managerial skills to lead Napoli to compete for the Scudetto next season. Apart from that, budget support is a factor in success, Conte needs additional ammunition to face competition with Inter, Juventus and Milan. Of course Conte needs adaptation, there is no such thing as an instant process, and Conte should be given time to carry out his duties well.

Napoli has made Conte the highest paid manager in Serie A, this is very in line with the bargaining value he has, and can also motivate Conte to work optimally in boosting Napoli performance to become a team challenging for the Scudetto. He will do better in Arsenal because he will have all the support from the players in order for him to score as much goals as possible. His performance was poor last season in Napoli because the club is suffering, and I will not say it was his fault. Osinhem is a strong player a d he can play in EPL without any problem and do better, but like you said the price on him is high for Arsenal, because they are not use to buying very expensive players.

I agree with you. It would be better if Napoli could bring in several players in the transfer market. If they want to improve their performance then they cannot just rely on the current players. There are many rumors that Osimhen will leave the club either this season or next season. But they should still look at the possibility. Conte has made the right decision by bringing in another striker to play with Osimhen. At least they don't just rely on one player.

It's not like Napoli is a bad environment for his development, hell no!! We all saw how well he did for Napoli two seasons ago and his personal contributions as they went on to win the Scudetto League Competition.
