I have good news for Napoli fans because their key player Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has decided to refuse the offers from PSG and he decide to stayed in Napoli although at that time PSG was offering huge money as transfer fee but Kvaratskhelia will not interested to playing at Ligue 1 even in the near future to prove his commitment with Napoli Kvaratskhelia is willing to discuss about contract extension with this team and actually Kvaratskhelia contract will be expired on 2027 but Napoli has decide to give him new contract with higher salary

Kvaratskhelia probably will stayed but not for Osimhen because we all know this player was linked to several big clubs such as Arsenal, PSG and Chelsea so most likely he will be leave this summer but according to the news because Osimhen price tag is very expensive then Arsenal and Chelsea recently has been withdraw to gets him because they felt Osimhen is overpriced

It's interesting that a young player like Kvaratskhelia is not crazy about money, because at his young age, I think it would be better to play with a bigger team financially. But anyway, Kvaratskhelia chose to stay at Napoli and maybe Kvaratskhelia also appreciates his contract which is also still very long. Although Kvaratskhelia didn't get a new extended contract I think it doesn't matter, because the most important thing is about the salary increase because Kvaratskhelia has had a big contribution to the team too. But about Osimhen, I think it might not be a problem for Osimhen to leave, because it looks like Conte will also choose Lukaku who might be recruited to play at Napoli next season.

Ac Milan could only finish in 2nd place this season, they were unable to compete with Inter Milan who actually had a better performance than them. After they became champions in the 2021/2022 season, they experienced a slight setback and this made them unable to compete closely to retain the title. Even in the previous season they could only finish in 4th place and they also achieved it with difficulty.

Next season I hope they can be even better and can compete fiercely to win the Scudetto title. They are one of the big clubs in Serie A, so they have to show that they are a big and strong club. Indeed, finishing in 2nd place is still a good thing, but if we look at the difference in points they have with Inter Milan, it is a very long distance. It would be really nice if there were more clubs that could compete in Serie A, because I always see that there is a big gap between the points obtained at the end of the season.

Although Milan only finished in second place and also failed to defend the Scudetto title, but I am still very impressed with the improvements that Milan have made in the last fewseasons. Because after all, before or in the last few seasons the fact that Milan really slumped because they were unable to compete in the top four. At least long enough Milan also experienced a bad period so  that Milan only struggled in the middle of thestandings but anyway,  slowly Milan also managed to improve quality and performance so that lately Milan always managed to compete in the topfour. Thus, I still think this situation is still a good situation for Milan and I also think, that Milan still have the ability to be able to compete in the top four  next season even though Milan will have a new manager next season.
Milan was lucky to finish in runnerup position in the Serie A standings, because Juventus experienced a more severe decline in performance. For European competition, Milan appeared very disappointing last season, where they were eliminated in the Champions League early and were thwarted by Roma in the Europa League. As a result, Milan management fired Pioli, I think this decision was very correct.

On the other hand, Milan is currently trying to bring in a new coach for next season, Paulo Fonseca is reportedly Milan main target. Apart from that, Tuchel, Xavi and De Zerbi are also on Milan radar, and actually I hope that Milan will choose Xavi. I think Xavi is very suitable to be Milan coach, where currently Xavi also doesn't have a club after parting ways with Barcelona.

The competition for the Scudetto next season will indeed be even more difficult, where Inter, Juventus and Napoli will be the main competitors in the top four. Juventus and Napoli will also change coaches next season, it will clearly be difficult for Milan to win the Scudetto. Atalanta, Roma and Bologna also have the potential to disrupt the competition, these three teams are now performing better.

After the arrival of the Conte situation is taking few changes even right now taking anything is not easy because we are having news Conte wants Lukaku with Victor Osimhen is also in radar of few clubs, but this is not easy with his price tag and few clubs internal situation is also not idea but if we have something from the Chelsea then surely this can go ahead without any big problem for the both clubs.

Lukaku is surely currently in limelight but as his release clause is having huge amount it's also problem for the Italian clubs which are suffering badly in last few years and trying to fix their finances which are hurting them, but Napoli surely can do things which are manageable for them and these can bring good success for them in coming season after having worst ever performance in current season.

Conte is indeed planning to bring in Lukaku but Napoli has not prepared a budget to bring him in permanently so they make an offer through the loan option, unfortunately Chelsea did not respond to any offers except to take him permanently. On the other hand, AC Milan is reportedly also interested in bringing in Lukaku but I doubt if Chelsea will let him go for less than 30 million while AC Milan also has financial problems as you said. Apart from that, Lukaku's age is also a consideration I mean teams from Serie A don't want to take risks by bringing in old players at high prices. If the release clause is around 15-20 million maybe some clubs can consider it, that is a decent value for a player who is 31 years old.

We shouldnt get ahead of ourselves, even though I know you're all pumped up. Conte arrived here just now. He's a winner, a proven winner. Theres a winning idea in his head. He was well worth the premium Napoli paid for him. We werent our finest last season, to be sure. That, though, was long ago. Before then, didnt we win the league two years in a succession? Napoli is the victorious team. Conte is going to put us back up there. Give the man some time and room. I have no doubt that he will deliver. So, everybody take a deep breath. Relax. Enjoy the journey. Once more Napoli shall be champions. Its just a matter of time.
We are all aware of the records and reputation conte has made for himself before now and the fact that Napoli too was once a very successful team in the Italian league which means been in that hands of a good coach, we should have almost no doubts about how much they can achieve this season even if we know they had a very bad shape in the previous season that just ended. One of the reasons most people are going to keep big expectations of conte is basically because of the records he's got before coming to Napoli.

As a coach who has been successful before now and have a very decent track record, it's vwey okay to make very huge expectations of him because it's belied that he's been able to create a success story in other teams so all would want to see that much he will be able to achieve with his immediate new team to further proving his capabilities with the team. I'm not in a hurry with high expectations but I believe Napoli will do better than had done last season.

I agree with you. Conte is a good coach and I think Napoli have made the right decision by recruiting Conte. But if the club management doesn't give Conte a sufficient budget to buy some of the players he wants, I don't think that's a good decision. Club management doesn't want to spend big money but as you said, Napoli needs an experienced striker if Osimhen really leaves. But for now, Napoli are actually lucky to have Osimhen. He is a much better striker than Lukaku.
Napoli's management must think more wisely in terms of improving their performance next season because Conte's own performance will definitely be more visible and more fruitful for Napoli. And one of the wiser decisions is to bring in several new players, one of whom is a striker, so that he can partner with Osimhen if Osimhen does not leave Napoli next season. Apart from that, Napoli themselves cannot just be spectators in the current season of recruiting new players because their rivals are always looking for new players through the transfer market.

Yes, of course Antonio Conte needs a little time to build chemistry with the Napoli players and I'm sure Antonio Conte won't need much time to get close to the Napoli players because he has often been a coach at Serie A clubs and of course he will find it easier to provide strategies right for the Napoli players.
Another advantage that could enable Napoli to regain the series A title is because Napoli still has mainstay player Victor Osimhen who will later become Antonio Conte's mainstay player and also become a scoring machine.

Napoli are currently still very favored after the arrival of this experienced coach, even though we don't know the results, but the most important thing is that we only think positively and are confident that Napoli can return to sitting in first place in the points table.

Of course, this will be done especially now that Napoli is in a downturn and their decision to recruit Conte is an indication of the seriousness of Napoli management to improve the performance of the Napoli team again.
As for adding new players, of course all coaches want that, but we don't yet know what Conte's decision will be in choosing the players in his squad. It could be that Conte uses the existing squad and adds just a few or carries out major changes.
Antonio Conte will first see how much strength he has with the existing players, then he will make the decision to recruit players in any position he considers lacking, and that applies to the depth of his squad too.
Now he still had a lot of time to see how strong they were, so perhaps he didn't want to rush in deciding to bring in players. Management just has to be prepared for what Conte wants later.
I also hope he doesn't rush into targeting players, so that later he doesn't fail in transferring players. The reason is that every money that is spent must be able to provide something good for them.
These managers do not accept jobs before they know what they are getting into. They check each and every player, not just highlights or anything but literally watch every single game they can, mostly not "every game" but at the very least the most important ones are definitely watched and some other league games as well and they do this for as many players as possible on their focus.

This way, when they accept the job, they already have players in mind that they want to keep and then they already have some players in mind to buy as well. I just want to say that Conte is not an exception to that, which means that we are talking about a manager who already knows which players he wants to play with and which players he doesn't want on the team anymore, that part of the situation is the most important one.

Victor Osimhen wanted to leave when Napoli wasn't the ideal place for him to develop his career. But his contract is still valid. The big clubs don't want to meet the price that Napoli is asking for Victor Osimhen. Napoli should consider lowering Osimhen's price, especially as they need the 25-year-old's transfer fee to fund new contracts this summer. While Napoli wants to replace Osimhen with Romelu Lukaku, it won't be easy because Chelsea insists on a fee of £38 million. Lukaku's contract release clause at the moment is very expensive. So why don't these two teams sit down and negotiate reasonably? At some point, they will receive a much lower transfer fee than currently. Or the transfer fee will return to 0 when the contract expires. The leadership of the two clubs should consider.

AC Milan in recent seasons has shown a very impressive performance, even though they failed to win the scudetto but Pioli managed to bring Milan to continue to compete in the top 4 of the Serie A standings, Pioli managed to give the scudetto to Milan in the 2022 season and continue to make Milan able to compete in the scudetto but strangely Milan still fired Pioli this season even though in fact Pioli's performance has been quite good in Milan so far,  Currently, Pioli has of course been fired and Milan must immediately find a new coach to be able to immediately determine the framework of the team that competes next season, next season of course new coach Milan will have a lot of work to make their team competitive, especially in the Champions League.

Currently, there are several coaches who are associated with Milan but so far there is no certainty who will indeed coach Milan next season, but even so of course the presence of a new coach will bring challenges and new opportunities that may be created next season, the change of coach will automatically also change the strategy and also the technique in playing and of course this can be a very big bet on Milan because sometimes it actually makes their performance not better than the previous coach.

So far, based on rumors, there are 6 managers who might go to AC Milan, including: Paulo Fonseca, Roberto De Zerbi, Lionel Scaloni, Thomas Tuchel, Sergio Conceicao and Xavi Hernandez. Which of these managers do you think is most likely to go to AC Milan?
Among these candidates, I think Milan might be more keen on bringing De Zerbi. Because he is Italian and a decent manager at the same time. Milan cares about working with Italian managers more like I said before.

Other than these names Milan is rumoured to be interested in Allegri as well. You know they worked with Allegri many years ago. He managed Milan for nearly 4 years and left in 2014. He won a Serie A title with Milan too. The reason why they parted ways was the high performance drop in Milan in his fourth season. But honestly I think Allegri should be considered as an option seriously. I believe he is a very good candidate and successful at the same time.  Smiley
As things are going most chances we are going to have competition between De Zerbi and Allegri with if they are going to take chance with De Zerbi its good his performance was very good in Brighton and things were also acceptable for having him as coach but Allegri is also good bonus for them even this is having no chances as we are having for the De Zerbi, but we can't predict about this right now.

In this season we are having too many coaches in difficult position because things are not favourable for them with too many sacks and few are having end of contracts are creating good situation for them to go for their favourite spots even things will be no easy for anyone because challenge is on and pressure is also one for having better performance and keeping clubs at the top spots which is not easy.

I don't see any reason why Arsenal will agree to pay that hefty fee for Napoli's striker Osimhen, who hasn't played in the English premier league, and we don't know whether he will get their to be a flop or not.And to me,he is not worth that kind of amount being placed on him,he is just over hyped,I don't see any extraordinary thing that he does much on the field.Napoli have to reduce his price to either 70 or 80 million pounds, else he will still end up staying at that club. They should know that England is a tough place, and since he hasn't played there, they won't know whether he would do well there or not,so it's either they reduce the price or he stays at the club.

80 million pounds is a good price for him because if Napoli decided to increase it more it may likely take more longer time to see a buyer because one of things most clubs normally consider is that with such amounts of money they could easily use it to get more smaller players from the Academy and with time they will surely improve because that's one of the things Arsenal normally do, most of there young players that's currently doing very well now started the same way and sometimes that's actually even one of the best strategy buying some smaller players from the Academy and converting them to a better players and selling them on a higher price.

Though Osimhen is a very bright player that would really impact positively on the Arsenal team if giving the opportunity to join them, but sometimes the reason why clubs put there players on a very higher price is simply because they are not ready for the player to leave the team, but whichever way if a club really want hhim they will surely come for him no matter the price tag.

Apart from that, Napoli themselves cannot just be spectators in the current season of recruiting new players because their rivals are always looking for new players through the transfer market.
The point is that Napoli have to give Conte a decent chance, I mean they have to give him lots of chances when at the start he didn't show a good game. They have to be patient in seeing the development of the team in the hands of the new coach, because after all the coach will go through an adaptation process and perhaps it will take longer because they have to understand the character of each player they have in order to maximize the abilities of those players.

If Napoli is hasty in making decisions when they see that Conte is a little slow in improving the team, in my opinion that is something that is not good either. They had also spent a lot to get this coach's signature, so they had to think long before deciding on something. I understand that expectations for Napoli are currently very high, because they were former champions in the previous 2 seasons, but this season they performed poorly. It is hoped that Conte's arrival will bring fresh air to Napoli.
Everything depends on the decision of the club President, De Laurentiis, how patient the President is to see Napoli proceed with Conte, although we know Conte has good managerial skills to lead Napoli to compete for the Scudetto next season. Apart from that, budget support is a factor in success, Conte needs additional ammunition to face competition with Inter, Juventus and Milan. Of course Conte needs adaptation, there is no such thing as an instant process, and Conte should be given time to carry out his duties well.

Napoli has made Conte the highest paid manager in Serie A, this is very in line with the bargaining value he has, and can also motivate Conte to work optimally in boosting Napoli performance to become a team challenging for the Scudetto. Conte presence as manager has made expectations for Napoli even higher, especially if Napoli management can build a squad according to Conte wishes. On the other hand, Osimhen future continues to be speculated, and Conte is reportedly very interested in recruiting Lukaku.

Why should Ac Milan employ Allegri? I don't think AC Milan needs to bring back their former manager. Allegri managed for almost four years, winning the Seria A championship between 2010 and 2014. Milan wants a new manager with new strategies, they do not need to hire a manager who failed to improve this season, Juventus has the best players to win their games this season, but they struggled to win their games. Milan will compete in the next Champions League and the manager must prepare the players to play at a high level. Allegri has failed to improve Juventus, who only competed in the Seria A this season. So Allegri is not the perfect choice for Milan.

The best players? I don't think so at all my friend.  Tongue  There are significant weaknesses in the squad. Especially in the midfield area I mean. There is a big lack of score contribution of this team. We have seen this during the whole season. Only 54 goals in 38 games? This is bad statistics if you want to become the champions.

And I don't believe Allegri is the person at fault here. Juventus didn't have very good finances as far as I know and didn't make necessary signings last summer. Here we are now. Otherwise Allegri had an amazing history with Juventus full of Serie A titles.

Osinhem was the highest goal scorer in Seria A last two seasons and it was because of his endless scoring and contributions that made Napoli to win the league for the first time in history. You are underestimating Osinhem who is a goal machine.

He will do better in Arsenal because he will have all the support from the players in order for him to score as much goals as possible. His performance was poor last season in Napoli because the club is suffering, and I will not say it was his fault. Osinhem is a strong player a d he can play in EPL without any problem and do better, but like you said the price on him is high for Arsenal, because they are not use to buying very expensive players.
However this season Osimhen's performance has declined.
Individually, Osimhen is very good and it is possible that he can perform even more optimally if he gets support from other players, but for now Osimhen's future is still unclear, several teams are interested in bringing him in, but with the presence of Conte as Napoli's new coach, of course this is a consideration for Osimhen to stay with Napoli.

Yes. And Napoli also seems to need to sell Osimhen this season due to financial reasons. Yes, there are indeed several big clubs who are interested in Osimhen. It has been Chelsea who have been hoping for a swap deal for Osimhen from Lukaku for quite some time. However, there is also no bright spot, but on the other hand, Napoli actually wants to swap deal from Arsenal, with 2 Arsenal players for Osimhen. The 2 Arsenal players that Napoli are hoping for are Smith Rowe and Tomiyasu. So just wait and see what the decision is, because Arsenal have not yet made a decision on this matter.

https://metro.co.uk/2024/06/03/two-arsenal-players-wanted-napoli-part-victor-osimhen-transfer-20958689/

I don't think has possibility with swap Victor Osimhen and Romelu Lukaku after Chelsea announcing bid offer 38 million euro for selling their players without swap option. Napoli manager Antonio Conte has huge expectation for signing Romelu Lukaku and I think swap its not benefit option for Napoli because they can sell Victor Osimhen over 150 million euro and buy Lukaku only 38 million euro.
Serie A season 2024/25 seems very interested because Antonio Conte become Napoli manager and he had good reputation always success winning domestic league when becoming Serie A manager teams from Juventus until Inter Milan.
Yes, based on etrbaur's report, it did fail. And finally, for now, Napoli is currently negotiating with Arsenal. Actually, Arsenal also wants Osimhen, but apparently the price is too high for the striker.
In fact, Arsenla has also sent a message to Napoli about his interest, but has not agreed to the price Napoli are asking for, namely €130 million (£110.8m) release clause.

And it is true that Arsenal also has several other players who are his targets. So, this will be a big consideration for the club in deciding which one to take. And it seems that Napoli will have to carry out various re-considerations to take into account fees and other things, if they really want to sell Osimhen or do another swap deal with Arsenal or other clubs later.

I agree with you. It would be better if Napoli could bring in several players in the transfer market. If they want to improve their performance then they cannot just rely on the current players. There are many rumors that Osimhen will leave the club either this season or next season. But they should still look at the possibility. Conte has made the right decision by bringing in another striker to play with Osimhen. At least they don't just rely on one player.

It's not like Napoli is a bad environment for his development, hell no!! We all saw how well he did for Napoli two seasons ago and his personal contributions as they went on to win the Scudetto League Competition.
It was a different one last season couple with the embarrassment he received from the account handler on ticktock and also how they saw themselves playing under managers who are not sound as Spalletti.

I think due to financial fair play rules, most big itching for him gradually reduced them interest in the player. Paris Saint Germany seems to be the nearest getting him but he will never win nothing with Paris Saint Germans. I mean, he will not be able to win the Champions League Competition.

Last time I checked, Napoli and Chelsea are good at making deals, all they need do is come to agreement for the fee. If Napoli wants Lukaku and he does the same, then it'll be a dine deal in little time. I know most clubs are not trying to make a rush so they don't sign up Injured players to them side.

I remember that when Napoli won the scudetto there was a big gap between the first and second teams so I have no idea if this year it was a coincidence or it's something that regularly repeats itself but I also remember that the juventus won with the record number of points and below there were other teams who scored the same points that would have been needed to win this year so sometimes you win even when there are favorable conditions or there are no decent opponents
In fact, Serie A very often displays tight competition until the last week of the league, one of which was in the previous 2 seasons when AC Milan managed to become champion, they only had a difference of 2 points from Inter Milan who were in 2nd place and At that time the last week was a very decisive week for both teams.
Apart from that, when Juventus won the title for the last time, they were only 1 point ahead of Inter Milan at that time, yes, even though they had claimed the title long before that, in the end they didn't focus on Serie A.
However, in the last 2 seasons there has always been a very high gap so that is what makes the league a little boring, because they managed to secure the title in a week far from the last week.
