I'm yet to read any report that directly quotes the management of Juventus of not wanting to continue with their current manager Massimiliano Allegri beyond the current season. All the reports I've read are just speculations and I'll continue to treat them as such until it's confirmed that Massimiliano Allegri will leave Juventus at the end of the season. That being said, id Juventus management decides to part ways with their current manager, I think there handful of top managers that are currently without a job at the moment so I don't think they must necessarily bring in Thiago Motta from Bologna to before they can get a good replacement for Massimiliano Allegri.
The truth is that Massimiliano Allegri's performance with Juventus this season wasn't great enough especially after leading the table sometime in the season before their recent struggles to finish in the top four of the league table. It's absolutely disappointing from a manager of his calibre but we'll wait to see if he'll be relieved of his duties at the end of the season.

Thiago Motta is the main target expected by Juventus. but all of these are just rumors from media, who probably only want to make Motta believe that he has more abilities than just being Bologna coach. Of course, I believe he can do more with higher clubs like Juventus, Roma, Napoli or AC Milan.
