I agree with you. I think the situation Atalanta is experiencing is the same as As Roma or Lyon in Ligue 1. As Roma had a bad start to the season. But after Mourinho was fired and De Rossi took a coaching course, Roma became a better team and now they are in the UEL semifinals with Atalanta. Lyon had a bad start to the season and almost entered the relegation zone. But then they improved their performance and managed to get into the top 10 and beat many top teams.
I think Atalanta were also inconsistent at the start of the season. But now they have a semifinal match at UEL and a final match in the Coppa Italia. I wasn't sure they could become champions but I think now they have corrected their mistakes and will be a difficult opponent for Marseille and Juventus.

It's not really a decisive match for Salernitana but they can still displace Frosinone to return to Serie B with them at the moment.

Frosinone are still on the border between the relegation zone and the safety zone although their points are still the same as Udinese but Udinese's goal productivity is still better than theirs so it is indeed as you said that today's match could be a situation where this could be the opening for a change of points in the relegation zone.

Frosinone must win if they still want to compete until the end and but are in Serie A next season but on the other hand with the current situation Salernitana they will play freely and without any burden because this is the remaining match before they return to Serie B next season so I think they will play freely in today's match.

I also think Juventus will have a better chance of winning against Atalanta, who are a very nice team but are certainly not up to Juventus level. If you look at the ranking you will immediately understand that I am right about this.

Sure considering the effort of Atalanta lately it will be very good if they would at least win the Coppa Italian because they have really struggle on this season, however if they had been more consistent during the beginning of the season they would have gone really far on this league because during that time there position was not encouraging but the minutes they regain their performance they started improving, so actually since they have no chance on this league, perhaps wining the Coppa Italian would be a good thing for them but their challenge now is Juventus though Juventus may not have been on there best form but they are still a challenge to Atalanta.

Yeah, as roma has been successfully winning the game in order to open its chance to qualify for the UCL next season. The match has been starting from 1-1 to continue the suspended match and glad to see that roma was scoring the second goal in the second half.
It really amaze me how roma is now getting even better under de rossi but it's not enough considering the fact that if roma is still under bologna. Even though serie a will get additional spot for UCL but it seemed to me if it's not even enough.


As long as the additional spot will be given at the end of season and it will very helpful for the team to get into the UCL. Roma must only need to always perform consistently in any games till the end fo season. We are now heading to the end of season but there are so many things are still remain unpredictable.
Roma must have also fully prepared about how to beat leverkusen in the upcoming game. Winning serie a game is obviously boosting the performance from the club.

I agree with you, I'm not an Atalanta fan either but I really hope they can win the Coppa Italia, they deserve it because Atalanta have been delighting us with their offensive play for years and many top clubs have had to surrender to them. Juventus are not in good shape and we can see it since January that the players look like foreign bodies to Allegri's tactics, so Atalanta could take advantage and win this cup! And who knows? Maybe they can also win the Europa League

There is nothing Salernitana can do in Serie A this season, they have to accept the fact that they have to be relegated this season. They are the worst team in Serie A this season, they are the team with the least number of wins and they are the team with the most defeats, there is nothing to expect from them.
By only collecting 15 points from a total of 33 matches they played, they have to be the team that is at the bottom and at the same time be the first team to confirm that they will not be in Serie A next season. Indeed, this result is a very disappointing result for them, but they really deserve to be relegated this season with their very messy performance like that.

Yes that's right. Atalanta was hot late, often wasting points at the start of the season. However, now there is still hope for Atalanta to finish in the top four, even though that hope is small because they have to win all the remaining matches and hope that Bologna and As Roma will lose a lot of points and that is very impossible.

However, I think Atalanta this season has hopes of getting a trophy because Atalanta has the potential to win a double in the Europa League and Coppa Italia. There is something in them right now that they have to focus on, maybe in Serie A they are not focused but their focus right now is the Europa League and Coppa Italia because this clearly gives them trophies for this season.

I think current Atalanta positions isn't because they are unlucky, but the main reason is their inconsistency at the beginning of season, so they are lose a lot of points in Serie-A. But, now they are on 6th positions, if they are success to win Coppa Italia, we will see they are played on UEL next season.
