But still, basically even if one league gets more slots to play in the Champions League, but the fact remains that there is no guarantee that Serie A teamswill manage to win the Champions League trophy.
At highest levels like Champions League, a match then a battle can change a lot by very minor differences. Getting five spots for Champions League will help clubs in a league have very good opportunity to play there and also improve their finance.This is big opportunity that is wanted by many clubs so I don't underestimate importance of the fifth spot for Serie A, Bundesliga or Premier League. This new term of UEFA will force clubs in big leagues, have to be more seriously with every of their matches in European tournaments. Because if they get bad results, it will affect their league ranking and their club's chance to join European tournaments in future seasons.
