Looking at what De Rossi has done now, it is possible that De Rossi will be able to do much better things in the future.
Roma's performance under De Rossi's coaching was far from many people's expectations. De Rossi was truly able to make the Roma team recover from the downturn they experienced this season, although not completely.

Roma management has set a target for De Rossi and if the target is met then Roma management will extend De Rossi's contract.
The target given is to be able to make Roma finish in the top 4 of the final Serie A standings and if you look at what is happening currently and also with Roma's performance, it is quite possible for De Rossi to fulfill this target.

One of the things that affect clubs is the coaching pattern because no matter how good in performance a club will be if they don't have the right coach they are bound to fail, there are so many clubs that has all the quality players that can perform to any length they wish to go but because of there coaching they were unable to, perhaps this has been what AS Roma has been suffering since the beginning of the season under the coaching if Jose Mourinho because after firing the coach the club was able to start peaking form again and right now they are doing really well for themselves because there wining statistics now has improved and they have secured a very good position on there league table, perhaps if they had perform this good under the coaching of Jose Mourinho  they would have been on more good position than were they are now, although with there current performance and consistency there is every chance that they will likely qualify for the champions League next season because they are so close to the champions League zone, so perhaps all they just need now is to remain consistent on wining there matches because that's the only way they can beat the two teams ahead of them, although there is every chance of them wining there upcoming matches especially there next match against Monza because they are better than Monza.

Sassuolo often give surprises when facing big teams in the league, but for some reason I don't think this will apply when facing Napoli later, currently Sassuolo performance is too bad for us to try to bet money for Sassuolo win and we can see in the last few weeks that even they only achieved 1 draw, 5 defeats from 6 matches and it will probably get worse when they face Napoli, which on paper is certainly still better than Sassuolo at the moment, even though Sassuolo acts as the home team, it doesn't seem like it will have a bigger impact for them and my prediction, the match will end with Napoli winning 1-3.

Changing coaches in a short period of time is of course a gamble for Napoli and it could be said that management dismissal of Garcia and Mazzarri was a form of disappointment from management because of the bad results obtained by the two coaches, many people claimed that the change of coach was in the middle of the season only makes the club unbalanced, but in fact there are also clubs that really recover when the coach is replaced  as happened with Roma, currently Napoli game is starting to be a little different even though haven't given maximum results in their last two matches, but I'm quite confident that Calzona will able to return Napoli performance to a better level in the next few weeks.

The Belgian is another striker that was rescued by Mourinho when his career was at a standstill after he was rejected by Inter and Juventus. The Portuguese tactician believed in the Belgian and brought out the best in him.

Roma is not yet a perfect team but it has kept improving. Daniele De Rossi is building a team that will become competitive. Within his few weeks as coach, he has used 25 players in 8 games which means he is maximizing the quality players at his disposal. Players like Chris Smalling and Renato Sanches who have been sidelined by long-term injuries have been reintegrated into the squad. The Italian Coach can lead Roma to greater heights.

It's just that we don't have to rush to make a judgment about De Rossi. But to be honest, I am amazed by his coaching which is able to continue the squad that Mourinho has built so well. Most of the Serie A football fans doubt De Rossi and that is very natural because he has no experience in terms of being a coach and the temporary success that De Rossi has given for Roma at the moment is worthy of appreciation but I don't admire him too much before providing good evidence in next season.

What i have seen from this match is, well structured gameplay from fiorentina, consistent defenders combined with good team works. Fiorentina was isolating lazio's players even though it was still conceding a goal but that's fine. The most interesting thing when fiorentina's shoots were always hitting the bar 4 times in a row but it kept persistent to win the match against lazio.
I can't even understand the way of fiorentina's coach was thinking. Fiorantina could win with bigger score than it. I knew that winning three points are the main target but it was very weird to see that how club was always giving pen to the nico gonzales while this guy was always missing it many times.
This is very strange to see that nico gonzales kept to consistently take penalty in any matches. It like fiorentina has no good penalty executor other than nico gonzales which was always missing any chances.   This is very hilarious to see nico gonzales kept executing any pen received by fiorentina.

It was also surprising me to see bellotti has moved to the fiorentinaa. I thought that he was still on roma but he has already loaned to the fiorentina. I never heard news about his movement to the fiorentinaa.
The main important thing from lazio if it doesn't even matter how many players recruited by lazio and these new players will never ever able to replace the big role owned by milankovic savic which had moved to the al hilal. Savic was performing so crazily in al hilal.
No doubt that lazio played so badly without him. Guendozi is owning important role but that's not enough without having milankovic savic in the club. Lazio is slowly going down again. It's another disaster for the club.

When De Rossi was replaced with Jose Mourinho I felt sad that how can De Rossi make out here if Jose Mourinho with reputation can not, I was expecting a coach with lot of experience to replace Jose Mourinho, I observed thing are turning right for De Rossi because since is arrival he only lose one match and that was against inter Milan and Italian future champion, which when I saw the result of the game I didn't feel bad about it. With this great performance that As Roma are showing now I hope that they will make it to champion league zone. I see a great potential in De Rossi that he can be a great coach in future.

The current 4-point gap with 12 games remaining is quite a chance to catch up with 4th place. At the moment De Rossi's arrival seems to be a big solution. With 6 games 5 wins it is a good record. There are many matches there are at least 4 big clubs to play against in the rest of the matches. The Italian media also gave a pretty good rating to De Rossi. But let's see how he will give his best to Roma. 6 games have not been enough for me to make him a great coach.

Napoli have only managed to score one goal in their last five away matches... Sassuolo score at home all the time... I am one of those who doubted De Rossi when he was given the Roma job, but I love how he has been able to turn things around for them. Managing Roma is no easy task. This is a team with a lot of history so there's pressure on the manager but De Rossi has handled it just fine.

Speaking on the defense, I believe they'll get better. The coach first of all identified the bigger problem of Roma and dealt with it. To me, the bigger problem was creating chances. Roma didn't create too many chances earlier on in the season. They preferred to sit back and patiently wait for an opportunity, but now they create those opportunities.
Now that they create more chances, the next step would be to press well. When they press better as a team, it will help the defense because this way defending starts from the attack and not the defense.

Winning the Europa league will be very difficult for Roma, I don't think they can, but I believe they'll do all they can in the competition. What they should focus on also is making it to the top 4 so they can play champions league football. With champions league football they'll be able to attract better players that can make them a better team. Making the top 4 is also going to be a very difficult task because the teams above them are not relaxing at all.

Fiorentina, who had lost their consistency, was finally able to enjoy their latest victory when they hosted Lazio and honestly I didn't think that Fiorentina would be able to beat Lazio. I am more inclined towards a draw considering that both teams are at the same level and also their performance in the last few matches cannot lie. I think the previous victory by beating Bayern Munich in the Champions League could make Lazio more motivated, but in fact at home to Fiorentina they were much more under pressure.

If we look at the statistics, from expected goals to goal attempts there Lazio is in a very low number and Fiorentina has everything that can make them win. I would be happy if these statistics were commensurate with the results that Fiorentina got and if they didn't win it would be quite embarrassing playing in front of the fans. But look, now it is Inter Milan vs. Atalanta and I agree that probably Inter Milan will win this game, hence that's good for Roma.

Next week Atalanta is playing against Bologna! Again great for Roma as they are playing against Monza and if they win that game they are in a great position to climb up the standings again. Best part about it is they have their game first and if they win it they can lean back and see what happens in the other game. Lazio is playing against AC Milan, which is also good for Roma.

The week after Bologna is playing against Inter and Juventus is playing against Atalanta while Roma is playing against Fiorentina. If Roma can win the next two games, this would be a huge jump for them in the standings in general. They would distance most of the teams below them from themselves and they would get very close to the top. I am not talking of Inter Milan, but the top 4 particularly. It could be great weeks ahead of them.

The next match is gonna be another difficult match for roma. The club can learn from the match against intermilan, roma is gonna face hard fixtures. The first game will be against monza and the second one brighton as roma qualified for the last 16 of europa league. Another test for rossi will happen soon.

The game will happen again for roma but home for monza. So, monza is having chance to steal some points from roma. The best scenario if roma will win with narrow scores. Roma's performance was going up again in the previous matches but im still doubting it right now.
Winning against monza will be boosting the mentality from roma. I expect lukaku to play in this game and rossi will use 433 to put dybala as RW and lukaku as central striker.

Now I no longer expect anything from Napoli, they started the championship badly, they replaced the first coach and did worse than the previous one, now they have changed the coach again and once again they have done worse than before. the team is now demoralized and it will be difficult for them to get even a sixth place even though it is within their reach

For the match Sassuolo vs Napoli we can see based on Sassuolo recent records in Serie A because this team only able to gets 1 win from 12 matches and this also makes Sassuolo position dropped to 17th place and they have same points to Verona and Cagliari which is the teams from relegation zone so if today Sassuolo lost again then their chances to survive in Serie A will be so hard and not impossible too Sassuolo will be relegated to Serie B but their opponent Napoli also in the serious problem because they have to change the managers several times during this season

Napoli new manager Francesco Calzona still haven't give Napoli positive results because in the last 2 matches in all competitions Napoli only can able to playing draw from Barcelona and weak team Cagliari and apparently just like i said before Napoli players still required more time to adapt with Francesco Calzona strategy so probably that's why Napoli still unable to gets the winning results from their previous matches however for betting options actually Napoli win has good odds @1.78 but i am not sure this option could be the best pick for this match especially Napoli last week only able to playing draw from Cagliari but for safe bet i think both teams to scores is good
