I don't really understand your point of view as it regards victor osimhen playing to his full potential but to the best of my knowledge he has been doing so well for himself both in Napoli and back at his home country where he's actively participating in the AFCON, he's performance there has been good be was even tasted for dope and he did passed the test except that he hasn't been able to future in bigger teams or in elite leagues where he will have chance of doing even much more because even Napoli became big recently because of him, maybe if he moves to England achieving much more is possible.
After the Serie A title triumph last season for Napoli, Osimehn had become a big name in European football and many teams will be interested in him as one of their potential strikers. He is more likely connected to the premier league than any other league now. We don’t know the team he has in mind to play for but he was once related to Manchester United and also Chelsea in the past.
Osimehn still remains one of the best strikers in the Serie A even as their team is not performing well and cannot win the serie A title this season as they did in the previous year. Osimehn performance in both club and country side has been exceptional and that shouldn’t be related to his team’s performance now. He is a type of player that will still excel in any of the top teams he joins now in the premier league because he is still in his prime and can give good results.

Looking at Napoli journey this season, of course they still have a good chance of achieving their target. Because seeing that the point difference is so close to each other will allow them to easily move up to a better ranking if they are able to get 3 points in the match they will play.

I agree and of course they should be granted some time as new coaches when they come to the team and their main task is to do some changes to improve the team. But in the soccer business it is always the same. The reason why they fired Mourinho and now got De Rossi is because they want results fast. It's very true that these new coaches needs some time as they are New to their team and will need the time to settle and get to know the team well enough to be able to know which tactical approach will best fit the team and that which works best for their team but coming in at the beginning of the season is usually challenging because the expectations are high already.Mid season come with high expectations form coaches because boys usually expected of them to make up for the mistakes of previous coaches and see what they can do about the situation and making sure to fix the team and getting the desired results the fans and the management of the team requires of them. It's very challenging for most of these Coaches and they may have little to almost no time to fix all these before the end of the season.and this is the exact challenge Rossi is facing trying to make up for Mourinho's mistakes.
