Inter continue to impress, although today the victory was difficult for them, but in the end 5 wins out of 5 games and a goal difference of 14-1. I think at the end of the tour their title quotes will already be around 1.7

It's not all matches that a team performs well that they end up winning the game and sometimes the team that does better in terms of performance ends up losing their match but that wasn't Inter Milan's fate in their Italian Serie A game against Empoli.
With that win yesterday, Inter have now won all their league matches since the start of the season to maintain their perfect start to the league season. It's very early days of the season but judging by the performances and results of Inter Milan since the start of the season, I think it's safe to say that they're the favorites to win the Italian scudetto this season.

Szczesny returns to his long-standing problem where he can make very bad mistakes, and in addition the Juventus defense allowed Sassuolo players too much in their penalty area. Vlahovic should have also scored, but it’s unclear how he missed from a few meters away, not a very good day for Juventus. Sassuolo has become an awkward opponent for Juventus in recent matches despite their poor start to the season.

Inter really deserved to win the game, they created many chances to ein with more than a goal but where only able to convert one,thanks to a fine goal from their wingback Dimarco for putting them at the front to win Empoli away from home, well whether narrow or not a win is a win moreover they were very dominant, performed better just that they couldn't convert most of their chances to a goal, but they've secured the 3 points and are still the current leaders of the league with about 14 points above Milan who're in 2nd position.

Their next match is against Sasuolo that destroyed Juventus at home yesterday and i can't wait to see how Sasuolo would perform against Inter but the preferred winner of the match is Intermilan, because they're the strongest in the league and are currently unbeaten in their last 5 matches, they've got 5 consecutive wins without any draw and have only conceded 2 goals this season, 1 in the Serie A againt Milan and one in the Champions league against Real Sociedad.

Success for the Nerazzurri in Empoli. Of-course a narrow victory for Inter, but they secured the full three points. Many expected more goals, though. Some predicted over 1.5, while others thought it might go over 2.5. Luckily stay away from putting bet.

btw! Inter on their way 5th consecutive victories in 5 matches. This match was a top vs bottom encounter. Empoli, unfortunately, leaves with yet another 0 points.

I think it was the most beautiful own goal of the season. Grin

F. Gatti seemed to lose focus at that time. He probably thought that he received the ball from Szczęsny who was standing in front of the goal. What made me laugh out loud was the expression of W. Szczęsny who froze for a moment while watching the ball enter his goal.

Maybe I lost the bet. But I felt quite entertained by the performance of both teams. Both of them attacked each other very well. Several golden opportunities that both clubs had failed to be utilized properly.

If same error occurs again in their next match against Lecce then I'll know that the team is not in good shape to challenge for the title this season and still needs to strengthen several areas of their squad depth, but I think they're the preferred to win the game and a second consecutive lose is not an option for them.

There are a lot of questions for Wojciech Szczesny in this match. Inter won 1 - 0 vs Empoli. Well they got 3 points but they could score more in Empoli which lost its 5th game in a row with 13 goals received and 0 goal scored after 5 rounds!
Inter started getting some distance from Milan and Juve which lost badly by 4 goals to 2 vs Sassuolo.
