It wasnt in prematch because you asked for this particular match 15-20 minutes before the match commenced and they have a timeout period there just like any other site before a tennis match starts. I just arrived on the forum to late to notify you this match is available is all. The next one you want will be on there just do a search or ask the support on the bottom right of the screenshot if your match is available. They unlock them periodically as the match goes on. Just watch when the padlock disappears.
You need to be registered to be able to actually be able to click on the odds when they do reappear though.

But if you go there 20 minutes before the matches start especially for tennis matches you will be able to get prematch odds.
But it is still early enough in the match to put a bet on the total under.
